UPS Customer Center, Deerfield Beach FL

Had a ups driver knock on my door delivering a package at 11 AT NIGHT. WHY ARE THEY EVEN OUT THAT LATE? The driver woke up my newborn child and package came DAMAGED! I had to send it back poor driver was probably out there until 12 in the morning. Spoke to I guess the manager at this location Jim Huard the next morning and I can tell you he genuinely does not care about his customers nor his workers! When asked why he has a drivers out delivering at ungodly hours of the night he says that's just the way it is. NO IT IS NOT? PEOPLE ARE SLEEPING IN MY HOUSE, A NEWBORN AT THAT! HE DID NOT EVEN OFFER AN APOLOGY WHATSOEVER, VERY RUDE, VERY IGNORANT, SELF CENTERED A-HOLE.

Waste my time waiting two days at home for UPS driver bring my package and now, I receive a message that I have to wait till Monday or Tuesday, Thank you UPS Deerfield FL for your bad services.

The worth I dont event want to lose me time with this review, please dont work with this currier anymore personal or business so bad, they close weekend, they said they intert to delivery and I have being all day long at my business waiting for, NO< NO unfortunately this company is not to good anymore.and custmer service horrible (all currier companies the same customer service) but this UPS agent ask me for the truck number and mail guy name.hahaha, i have asked him how come I can have that info that info he must have becuse he work on UPS and he handed out the phone.well dont lose your time just use USPS still the best and ALL AMERICAN!

I saw a couple angered customers and slightly slow, but in my experience, they're great. Just don't go there in the morning if you're in a rush.

Would not give me my package. I was threaten and I was told that my package is not mine it’s ups property. I will never deal with these unprofessional people again. I pretty much treated like trash.

The worst! The staff is very nasty! They had me going to the access point to the store and still haven’t received my package it’s been 3 days. The sad part they threaten to call the police! Because I’m upset about my package and the costumer service is No better!

Placed an order through Amazon delivery by UPS. Amazon failed to cancel order so they told me to refuse the delivery. Call UPS customer service so they could save the driver a stop and just send the package back. They told me they don't have communication with drivers out on their route. That's an outright lie! Both Amazon and UPS dropped the ball and leave the customer holding the bag.

I just picked up a package here today. The three (3) ladies that were working in the front were super sweet.polite and extremely cordial. Was in and out within 10 minutes. Fantastic service! Thank you!

Worst shipping company on the face of the earth. No idea where they find these drivers. Never again.

Bad customer service. Do not deliver packages on time. Lie to the customers. Filed a claim against them

Been waiting an entire week for a package to leave this center and be deliver to my address. It has been sitting there, no updates on the tracking number since it got there. I called UPS and they got in touch with this distribution center, UPS was told that the package was out for delivery today, nothing yet and it's almost 9pm.

Helpful if you are respectful. However very disappointed that my IPhone X was delivered to this location and then lost by one of their drivers. Filed a lost claim hopefully will get things sorted out.

Worker lady named linda literally said "I don't care about your package" once I was told the package was not at the location that the tracking said it was being held for pick up. Something about not a physical scan. This is a package that I get on a day-to-day basis from a vendor for Rush orders for customers gifts and now that is completely ruined. I have someone say they don't care is beyond insulting but it's one of those things where this is not a huge account like Coca-Cola so you guys basically could care less. Worst ever service I have received by this location. I had a package for delivery. The driver tried twice to deliver it in normal business hours, there was nobody home to sign it. I requested package pick up by this location.and they lost it. 40 pounds trailer hitch.lost.
Something is wrong with this place, or the system.
If possible avoid this UPS Center.

I made a purchase from Target, who delivered to the wrong address. It was returned to UPS, who said that I needed to go to the center in Deerfield Beach. I arrived 20 minutes before closing. It was relatively empty, which was a first. I retrieved my package and left fast. I give four stars because they were fairly polite and I didn't have to wait.

Worse customer service. Wanted to ship a package. 1 staff member working, waited over 30mins tobe helped. I went to fedex instead. Perfect service. Never use ups again

Very rude people! They don’t know what they’re doing. Left us alone up front because it was time for their break.
