I was crossing the parking lot in front of First Watch in North Naples. A UPS driver became irate and unintelligible, red in the face, screaming.all because he had to stop and let me cross.

The young man at the counter seems to be the ONLY person working. He left the counter and went outside side for about 15 minutes helping a customer load his van. Then it took him about 10 minutes to return to the counter to help the 8 customers who had been waiting in line 3 inside and 5 outside in the heat. Get this man some help!

Only open for three hours during the day. And they expect you to come in and get package from them after driver lied on tracking report saying I told them to leave it at this location. I'm starting to realize what the brown in the logo stands for.

UPS has announced that they will deliver a package on June 22. The package did not come. No notification of what to do. UPS simply retained the package. I had to go to customer service. What a pitiful service!

. I visited the UPS customer center to ship two boxes. I had got a price quote from UPS.com. The clerk at the Cargo St. Fort Myers location stated he did not know what I was talking about when I requested UPS Simple Rate service. He said “it is not in the computer” He was shocked when I showed it to him on UPS.com. I asked for the manager to assist me in shipment of my packages. After waiting a half hour the manager arrived and treated me like I was asking for an undeserved discount. He also said he did not know what UPS simple rate was. I guess there is no training at UPS. He suggested I go home and arrange shipment from my computer. UPS was once a great company. No more. Save yourself some time and just ship Fedex or USPS. I know I will never inconvenience UPS with my business again.

Driver brought DAMAGED BREATHING medication to door and left it without knocking! We were home all day! Now it's no good due to it being 95 degrees out!

Service was ok, but the only UPS drop off that I've had to show ID for. I had to go all the way back to my car to get it and come back just to drop off a box that already had a label.

I HAD AN ORDER SHIPPED VIA UPS. THE DRIVER PUT A NOTICE ON MY DOOR. I SIGNED AND CHECKED THE LEAVE PACKAGE AT THE DOOR NEXT VISIT. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THE UPS STICKER IS STILL ON MY DOOR AND MY PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED. WASN'T THERE SUPPOSE TO BE A RETURNED TRIP?

Worked here for a while and they do not supply enough water for their employees. The supervisors promise more water coolers but they aren't the ones sweating loading trucks. Someone needs to report these slavers to OSHA. FYI, UPS is more than happy to throw, crush, and step on anyone's package during loading and unloading.

Very fast and professional service. Only drawback is all payments are by credit/debt cards. No longer accepting cash due to the long wait time to replenish the register when customers pay with large bills. I understand the reason why but that is not a convenience for people that don't have credit/debt cards. I would just make a notice that you were allowed to accept cash rounded up to the $10. For example final price is $13.46 so round up to maximum $20. Otherwise I would've given 5 stars.

You can’t depend on this company to get your package sent when and where it’s supposed to happen. “Will call” “intercepted” are not terms I’m familiar with, so when I ask what these terms mean and where my package is, I don’t expect an attitude Pam. I am cancelling my plans so that I can come see you at 7 for my package you miserable person. No need to act like a jerk!

Had to drive about 10 miles to this out of the way UPS location to pick up a package that I paid to have delivered to my door. Seems that UPS couldn't find my house, one that they have made at least 3 prior deliveries to. The service was quick, but considering the value of the package was worth far less than my time, fuel and frustration. I should have just let UPS return it.

They did not have my package at the location after sending me conformation by email that it was there

Those guys are awesome. I do traffic for them sometimes during the week as overtime and they are all so nice and friendly.

If the driver is to lazy or decides to not carry your package to the front door, and leaves it where ever they want, and that said package goes missing there is nothing they can do for you, even if you have proof that they did not leave it at the front door like the claimed via security footage! I will not be using UPS!

Waited for a package all day of important documents driver did not knock on my door to let me know he was here mind you it's raining outside and he left my package outside under my doormat and everything got wet

Horrible horrible horrible UPS has once again failed to deliver. They told me my address is invalid, I gave them directions, my address, and my phone number in case the driver could not find me. Well no phone call no package, I will never ever use UPS again! Side note FED-EX can find me everytime. I wish I could give 0 stars

Worst staff ever here in fort Myers! I live in a apartment on the third floor. UPS hires the laziest people that don't like to walk. I watched the driver drive right pass my apt and then said i wasn't home! This place is a waste

Always attempts delivery outside off Bussines hours is closed driver does not care to make deliver he knows we never there at the time of delivery but does not attempt to help the situation he knows our hours of operation and he does not care
