22I have been dropping off packages at this location for the past 15 years. I like how there is abundant parking spots, the friendly staff, and the 8PM cut-off for Ground Drop-off. I do not like how small the lobby is, the out-of-the-way location, and the fact that I had to show an ID to drop off a package (this started in March 2017). Overall it is better than worse.
Justin and Diane are awesome! I have spent many mornings with them. It is often overwhelming for them and people are often rude and impolite. I think they handle themselves in a very professional manner. I suggest if you have to go there and pick up a package that you don't go first thing in the morning you will most likely have to wait. All of us businesses are there to pick up our stuff. Also we have to wait for them to unload the truck. Second, don't be a jerk.
