Drivers are not allowed to use a restroom! The way they treat us drivers is worse than animals.

They get one star for parking. Guard is ignorant when I inquired about status as I'm still waiting for a door as we are well beyond appointment time. If this is how they treat drivers before even comming in and he is a representative of this company then this company needs a lot of training. By the way I'm really trying to be nice in my choice of words used.

Capstone lumper service is a RIP OFF! U. S. Foods doesn't care if your late for your next stop! It's all about them they do not care about the OTR DRIVERS

Show up on time and stay here for hours. Lumper service has you wait outside in the Florida sun forever until they finally give you a receipt. Meanwhile they want me to wear a face mask. Meanwhile they want you to wear a face mask. Might not be the worst place if they had professional unloading.

The only star I can give is for the over night parking. If you can steer clear of this place, I definitely would.

One of the WORST of the WORST of the WORST place to deliver load.
**********
NEGATIVE 5 STARS to CAPESTONE for the Lumper service.
**********
16 parkings for trucks outside the facility, but no portable restrooms provided outside.

Guard on duty was polite and respectful guy, as well as the lady later on duty.

Appointment for delivery was at 5am, arrived at 3: 30am EST, guard told no appointment will be entertained till 6am (new rule), so waited outside the facility. Got call at 6: 10am EST from guard shack to report there and get papers works and assign me a door, waited there for my turn.

Entered building at 6: 40 am EST and opened the doors and back the semi on assigned door. Check-in at office near door 10 at
6: 50 am EST and was told to pull forward and close the doors.
Received call at 8am EST to open doors and back up to the dock.
WORST NIGHTMARE: Then unloading started, and it was pretty sure either the unloading person don’t have a driver’s license or didn’t drive car ever in his/her life or was angry for some reason, because my truck - trailer was shaking badly with his/her forklift, and i am worried that he/she will damage it, i complain about this to the CAPSTONE’s supervisor on duty, but was told that this is normal, the unloading guy has experience of many years, and that i am just worried unnecessarily as the forklift is very heavy, just relax and “ENJOY THE MESSAGE”.

And its 10: 30 am EST now still stuck here.

Checked out at 11: 50am EST.

Be careful truckers whoever is coming here for delivery, and must have lots of patience.

5/20/2020. My 2nd time here in about a week. Everything done professionally like the first visit. Start to finish. The management should consider a porta toilet or 2, plus a hand wash station for drivers. That would cut back on foot traffic inside a already small check in office. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is, I don’t like touching those clip boards. Yuk!

It's been 3 1/2 hours at the unloading dock and they're full of excuses. A company that has it's own fleet should know how to take care of truckers.

Came at 10 am. Waited for a dock door 30 min. Waited an hour in the line to submit a BOL to office. Now I am in my truck waiting for them to start unloading. I hope it will take shorter than explained in other comments. Zero administration

Slow check in.only had a partial load.took 4 hours. $185 lumper. Everyone stands around not working. Typical underpaid warehouses. Hiring lazy people who dont care. Causing actual hard working people to miss loads and waste clocks.

I wish I can give them zero stars, avoid this place, they are really slow to unload and don't care about drivers schedule!

Very surprised because of the negative reviews but my unloading experience was GREAT. In and out with a full load of frozen goods. Got to give credit where it's due.

Don't break down and reschedule your appointment. Greedy people want $250 rescheduling fee AND pay a lumper. I'll NEVER deliver to U. S.foods again!

Note to drivers: I've experienced several US Foods locations and have learned the reason for the long hours in the unloading process, they have the lumpers break down the pallets to THEIR specifications.meaning, you bring in 24 pallets and it could mean the lumpers have to break it down to 60 pallets. Rather than just counting the total pieces to ensure they have their total products, and allow the driver to leave in a timely fashion, and then have the lumpers break down the pallets to US Foods' specifications later on, but instead we have to sit and wait and wait and wait.hope this info was useful.

Typical Grocery company. Long waiting for unloading and lumper fee too. Avoid this place if you can. Definitely won't come back here
