I wish I can give them zero stars, avoid this place, they are really slow to unload and don't care about drivers schedule, driver had an appt at 8am and was out at 2 pm, rude people and a sorry from them it's not going to fix the problem at receiver, please don't go there! First and last time that I sent a truck to this joke of a place.

If I could give zero rating I would. All the lumpers do is complained about what type of load you hauled. This place need some serious oversight as it concerns unloading. Showed up at 2200 hrs for a 8am appt. Was not called at all by security to back into dock at 8am. Stated she misplaced the paperwork. I walked right up to the security booth looked at the desk and found it. Capstone people complain Ecolab is the hardest load to unload. Lost out on income because I missed my pick up time. Supervisor lies and said he would put additional people on the load to get finish he lied. You guys are BUMS!

Absolute trash. Literally the Very first truck to get in as receiving opened at 5am. Being a holiday guard says not as much traffic so I’m thinking in and out. Check in First Lady says lets get you in and out. Over 3 hour shift later I’m still in dock. Watching trucks with same amount of freight leave. Tried to be optimistic regarding other reviews however clearly I was wrong. Does have like 10 or so parks in front of guard shack for overnight parking if early.
