Would give 10 starts if possible. This place is great for upgrades, maintenance, tuning and anything to do with enhancing your ride. I did a full Cat back exhaust and ams down pipe on my Evo x, there work is very professional and they have all the tools needed to overcome any issue. Felipe is a very honest and straight forward hands on owner he updated me with progress as he went along and informed me on what needs to be changed to make sure my car stays fun and reliable in boost.

Highly recommend Velocity Factor. I had an issue with my wheels which others couldn’t help. They had the answer in less than 2 minutes. You can just see the pride and quality of their products in the store.

The work they do is okay certainly not worth the price though I just personally am not a fan of the overcharging and not confirmation of what things are and pricing and everything before done such as when I was getting under-glow done I told them I wanted the led strips and if they could set it up to work with my 2nd battery and I was told yes more than once and at the end of the day I was told it couldn’t be done so I pre-paid for that when I could have ordered the lights myself without the overcharging and the overcharging on labor when I could have done it myself of connecting to the main battery which they charged around $400 for lights when oracle charges around $100 for their lights so that’s a $300 profit and then $400 for labor which should have been around $50 so another $350 on labor

I recently had my H&R spring installed on my 540i. I called VF and received a good price to have them installed. Unfortunately for them it took them longer because of course BMW suspension is complicated. They stood by the original quote even though it took a lot longer to complete. I will definitely go back to have them work on my cars in the future!

I bought a catback exhaust for my Evo x from them on Ebay. They never shipped the exhaust. I tried reaching out by multiple ways (email, website, eBay message center, etc.) and they never answered.eBay refunded me.
Never ever buy from them online.

These guys exceeded my expectations in terms of great customer service. They are very friendly and are willing to work with you. I recently tuned my car with them and its no longer the same car anymore; made me have more respect for the car.

It was a very pleasant experience. Both the boss and the staff were very enthusiastic and felt at ease. They replaced the exhaust system and packed the stock parts carefully and put them back in my car. These guys KILLED my 5 series headlight restoration. Im talking about brand new looking headlights on an 08 e60 for 200$. I was so impressed. They also looked into a few other issues was having and even double checked another shops work at no extra cost. Hard to find a shop that cares about your car as much as you do. They gained a lifetime customer.
