Velocity Factor - Auto performance shop, Coral Springs FL

This place was fantastic, also great customer service. I would certainly recommend velocity factor to all my friends and anyone who is looking to get there car done. I just had got a stage 2 tune on my mk6 gti and i love it. It’s fast and it runs perfect. Also the people there are so cool and the customer service was awesome they all know there knowledge about cars there. Velocity factor will be my go to now for any of my car needs.

Recently, I had a positive experience at an auto parts store in Deerfield Beach, when a gentleman by the name of Phil gave me some good advice about a DIY project. He said he was a technician at Velocity.
I need some work done on my Mitsubishi so, I'll give Velocity a shot and, if my experience there is anything close to Phil's 5 star, than they will get a good review from me.

I had a ceramic coating applied to my VW R32 and it looks brand new and always waxed, no need for constant waxing and easy to keep car clean, every time it rains it’s a free car wash. Don’t need to go anywhere else, they do everything you need.

They are very good at everything they do. Regular maintenance is well done! Tuning, software, anything you would like. Just recently did ActiveAutowerk tune on my car as well as catless downpipes with them, really happy, no problems, the car runs smooth, no errors popping on the computer. Highly recommend for any sort of upgrades!

Dont go there. They will rip you off charged me $750 for a stage 1 on my a4 and now when i put my car into park it lunges really hard and makes a loud noise sounding like if i do it to many times the transmission will break. I brought it back to him and he told me that it is normal and that his s4 does the same thing as well and his mother in laws “ audi cc” no such thing as a audi cc lol, pretty much telling me he is just blowing smoke up my ass because im younger and he thinks i dont know. Its okay tho because today im gonna go and get a s3 and wont have to worry about it no more just wanted to let your guys know before he breaks your car too and says its normal smh

These guys are the real deal. I took my brand new 18 WRX to Velocity Factor for some aftermarket wheels. Felipe and the rest of the guys are very knowledgeable and really went out of their way to make sure that I felt comfortable and welcome. They were very patient with me throughout the whole process and really took the time to answer any questions and concerns that I had. They did a fantastic job on my vehicle and Velocity Factor is where I will be taking my car for all of its aftermarket upgrades from now on. I was treated like family from the moment I walked in and couldn’t be happier with the way my car looks!

I can not say anything bad about the quality or final work, since I definitely will not be getting the work done at their shop. However I can say the following.
The owner or whoever gives estimates should never be rude or sound rude (whatever makes you happy), to the first time customer that wants to do more on his other cars as well and create a relationship.
Guess that's not going to happen. I think it is fair of me to rate this place 4 instead of 1 or 2. That would have not been true or accurate.

Just had 4 new tires put on there and as always they go above and beyond to take care of you. They cleaned up my rims to get rid of some scratches at no extra charge and recommend some very good ideas to keep my tires lasting longer.

All too often today we simply buy items from the web with very little interaction with good people, luckily when you need expert advice AND quality workmanship, places like Velocity Factor are there for you. Both Filipe and Mitch are very knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. I had my 911 lowered and the faded calipers painted. Both modifications turned out better than expected. The calipers look better than some factory paint jobs I have seen, well worth the investment. I can promise you will be more than happy with your experience at VF.

Just can't say enough about the quality and professionalism that Felipe and his crew showed when handling our BMW.after going to Vista BMW rippoffs and being quoted $5,000 plus in repairs we brought our car to Velocity Factor and were made aware by visually seeing the necessary work that needed to be done.our repairs came in at about $1,100 and more importantly we were shown our situation and explained clearly what needed to be done.we are now permanent clients and are extremely happy with Velocity

I needed some body work for my Lexus to clean up some scrapes and scratches. Most body shops in the area quoted high and wanted the car for a few days. VF was friendly, took the car Friday afternoon and had it ready by Saturday afternoon. The work was very neat - cannot tell any work had been done and was substantially less than most body shops. They also have wheels, custom parts, performance, maintenance. People there seem to really like cars and treated us like friends. This is my new shop for automotive.
