Venue at Winter Park

My Car wheels all 4 of them got stolen when i was out for 5 days.bad apartment.bad security i am so disappointed.

Is a zero star review possible? Worst staff, terrible office employees. Two years later this place is still haunting my. Trying to turn my roommates in to collections and losing our paperwork so now we can't rent until it's figured out. This is the worst service mixed with the worst intelligence. If you live here be prepared for a terrible life experience not only now but in the future as well.

I lived here for almost a year.water came in our windows and they sent someone out w tape to cover it. There was black mold everywhere. They refused to replace broken appliances.like washer/dryer and stove etc.the conditions were unlivable and they refused to let us out of our lease. First month living here there was a shooting. Avoid at all costs.

I am a new tenant and I would like to say so far my experience has been great, the application process is very easy and management is very attentive and helpful. Any problems or concerns are addressed immediately. The staff is very professional and are always available to assist. My apartment was in great condition thanks to the staff and management. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and good management.
