28Josh at Argyle location was very patient as I took my time looking at the variety of phones. He took time to explain the features and also was so kind to answer my questions. Then he helped me setup my ipad. Thank you Josh!
Came into Verizon and needed some help with my phone, was met b the sales rep Herbie Romero he was very nice, he also like my dog which he said he likes dogs too nonetheless he was able to help me get my phone back on track I really appreciate his time and efforts as he was busy with another customer but was willing to wait for us!
My wife just recently ported over to Verizon and I came in to meet with one of the sales reps, we were greeted by Herbie Romero very knowledgeable and pleasant individual. He explained all of the benefits and promotions that would help save us money on our new phones. Originally we planned only to buy one phone and ended up buying 4 phones in total. Yet he seemed very helpful and willing to make sure that everything was applied to our account far as our promotions goes he even gave us all the detailed information if we need help processing it. I would highly recommend going to see Herby Romero!
I stopped into the knight boxx location back in May and first met Josh. Knowing that I was only seeking information Josh took several minutes and provided different options for consideration.
I finally reached back out to Josh in June wanting to meet with him on the 19th. He explained that he would be at the Argyle location and understood if that was out of my way. Based on my first experience my family drove to Argyle to meet with Josh. He again carefully explained our option and in total we purchased five phones and an IPad from Josh. Our experience was 5 star+. Thank you Josh for taking pride in what you do and caring about your customer.
Excellent service, diagnosed, solved problem, provided choices and transferred everything from my old phone to a new one in under 40 minutes. Excellent service!
Went to Verizon store in Oakleaf. On Jan 3,2021. Was helped by Patrick Ashley. I purchased my phones on December 31,2020 on a promotion with a new activation from a different store. Was having technical issues with accessing all the different functions on my new iPhone 12 pro max. Patrick was very courteous and knowledgeable. He spent over an hour, helping us tO resolve our issues. We were very impressed with his willingness to assist us even though we did purchase the phones through him. He is a valuable asset to your company and in my opinion he deserves a promotion. Take good care of him.

Check your bill. Charged me $35 to set up a Apple Watch. Which he just he just scanned and handed to me. When I got home I had to update the software, provider settings, and even call Verizon to get it to work with out my phone near. What a joke

We came in just curious about switching from our current provider and what Verizon could do for us if we went over. Jordan, the Rep.who helped us, did an amazing job detailing everything so we went ahead and got an account going. So far, the reception and coverage is worth the price compared to the lag we suffered around Jacksonville while on Sprint.
Bri was very helpful and made my upgrading to a new phone a breeze and painless. Definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new phone.

The reason for one star is because my initial contact with a Verizon representative gave me the WRONG INFORMATION.it is like everyone went to different Verizon school.or there were some who just skipped ALL the mandatory classes.the person at this visit should be given a raise and be elevated to CEO.no real person is going to read this so have a good day.
Stepped into this location for a simple question, walked out saving $40 a month. After Michael Poon answered my question he did a quick review of my account and realized I was in the wrong plan for single line service. He set me up with the exact same access but saved me $$. Thank you Michael!
Josh was a very, very knowledgeable sales associate. He was very familiar with the products that he sold and he seemed to genuinely care about my needs. I walked out of the store feeling that I received outstanding value for my money.
