Was the worst Customer Service Rep ever. Buyers beware she's a wolf in sheep clothing giving enorreous information. She told me I was getting a promotional deal when there was no deals for the. Phone she sold me. This retail store is horrible no one could resolve my issue they all lie.
Falguni is an excellent costumer service representive. Extremely personable and gets the job done. I’d highly recommend some type of advancement.

Went in for a power cord, overpaid bcuz I was in too much of a hurry to question why that particular cord was chosen.
I visited the Oakleaf Verizon store on 2/28. The person that provided service was Carter. I cannot say enough how satisfied I was with the service. He was professional, courteous and very pleasant. And, he went out of his way to help me.
