Veronica Motiram is amazing! Very patient and actually listens to every concern without dismissing me. However, the front desks needs to work on manners. Kind of seemed like I was annoyance and inconvenience to them. But I’m willing to deal with them to continue being treated by Dr. Motiram.

Dr. Motiram takes care of her customers. She would be appalled if she knew how difficult her staff is to deal with. Every single month there is a huge issue getting prescriptions filled and while the staff puts the blame on the pharmacy and the insurance company, it always goes straight back to lack of follow through with Dr. Motiram's office. When we call, they act as if we are a nuisance to them. This is extremely stressful for people who are relying on this medication. Every other prescription we have filled from any other doctor is taken care of without any issue. There have been several times we thought of switching doctors, but Motiram is the reason we stay. We have outlined the issues with the manager and she took care of the issue for a couple of months, and now it is back to more difficulty from the front office.

Get better staff to run your office. Blows my mind you’ve had this same issue for years now. It’s a shame.

Dr. Motiram and her staff are amazing. Dr. Motiram has been my doctor for several years she is caring, compassionate & easy to talk to. Her staff is always friendly, helpful, kind, courteous and caring as well. I have never had any issues with the staff or Doctor. ** I recently got a new phone and when I goggled Dr. Motiram to save the office number to my new phone I was shocked by all the negative reviews. **Dr. Motiram and staff have been nothing short of amazing!

Nice staff, well knowledge Dr. Takes me longer to drive there then spending time with Dr. I am still very depressed and anxious, but refuse to add another med that causes weight gain.

The psychiatrist herself is very nice, she takes her time to explain her treatment plans and what every medicine does. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because one of the receptionists was very rude to me when I called to ask a simple question about my prescriptions. Whoever you are, if you read this, you really should think about being kinder to patients, especially considering you’re working with people who are struggling with their mental health.

This is the mkst disrespected ive been by anyone in healthcare. The receptionist rescheduled an appointment for me the next day, asked tbat i show up early. Then, the door is locked, theyre closed for the week, i call and she denies everything and when i told her this was the worst service ever, she hung up on me.

I really liked Dr Motiram but when I left her practice (due to moving out of state) she told me it was just a phone call to transfer my files to a new psychiatrist. Well I have been calling the office for 4 months now, signed everything I needed to sign and still no file has been sent. Very upsetting and causing me unnecessary stress and anxiety. Office staff needs to step up. This is not something that should happen to a patient!

Friendly and professional staff. Been going there for years and haven't experienced any negative issues with Doctor or Staff. Convenient office location in Boynton Beach, FL While in the waiting room, I witnessed a mentally unstable/paranoid patient yelling gibberish at the staff. The front desk handled the situation professionally to diffuse the situation and make the patient comfortable. Understandably some of these patients are being treated for severe disorders but the staff was extremely professional.

I am extremely grateful for the amazing care Dr. Motiram has provided me! Anxiety was preventing me from living my life and Dr. Motiram was extremely caring and worked diligently to fight the problem that other doctors couldn't fix. I have nothing but positive things to say about this doctor and the office staff. Thank you for all of your help Dr. Motiram!

Great doctor. Always a pleasure to travel to Boynton Beach. Dr Motiram is very thorough and I feel very confident with her treatment and care. The staff is very nice, friendly and they are organized. I highly recommend this office.

I've been a patient sense 2005 and this doctor has done nothing butt good things for me she definitely helped me through some really dark times and i would recommend her to anyone.

This is an incredibly busy office because Dr. Motiram is simply amazing. Staff always get me in as soon as possible and are always a pleasure to see. If I leave a message, response time is less than an hour. This office works very hard to ensure everything runs smoothly and quickly to make sure Dr. Motiram can focus on her patients, not her business.

Always a pleasure working with her. In almost 4 years, I’ve never experienced any problems. Highly recommended. Professional.
