We’ve been using Veteran Air for over three years and they have consistently provided excellent service. They have been punctual, called ahead of arrival, discussed service needs, and performed work in a most professional manner. Very pleased with Veteran Air.

We are beyond thrilled to have used Veteran Air. We shopped around quite a bit for the replacement of our duct work and found the quotes to be all over the place, misleading and confusing. Some with very pushy sales people that were haggling on the price and dropping the price thousands which was very fishy and felt dishonest. Veteran Air came out promptly upon requesting a quote, was extremely thorough, friendly and honest. They stood by their quote and guaranteed that there would be no additional charges on the back end. They scheduled the work quickly, were extremely responsive and the guys that did the work were so polite and communicative that we could not have asked for a better team. I've told all my friends already and will always endorse this amazing company. Save yourself the time of shopping around for an honest and hard working team and hire Veteran Air for all your heating and cooling needs. They are the absolute best in the business.

William is a very professional and proficient technician who is very easy to speak with, this was his first visit to our home. Veteran Air has been very reliable. Additionally I would like to request that William handles our AC needs. We like to deal with same tech. If possible.

I sent my contact info online for appointment request Saturday evening. Business promptly contacted me upon opening Sunday and appointment set up for same day for short cycling compressor and no cooling indoors. Service Tech Eli arrived, was courteous and professional in explaining options to correct problem as it was determined that A-Coil had a leak and would be examined by associate for more accurate estimates. John promptly arrived shorty afterwards and I made decision to completely exchange both older units as price was Amazingly reasonable & to take advantage of 10yr warranty. I could have saved money by only replacing coil or trying stop-leak but I didn’t want to take a chance on putting a bandaid on the problem and having to just revisit something else on unit going out later. John was able to schedule me in for next day installation with Allen and Dave arriving as scheduled. Hats off to these hard workers as it was extremely hot in 2nd floor Mechanical closet for air handler exchange. I’ve always dreaded going in there as I would walk out feeling itchy from insulation. Allen didn’t have any issues with insulation though as he dove right in and practically was either laying in it or pushing some aside. Back-up showed up shortly afterwards and between the 5 installers they managed to get project completed same day and house back to being cool. The guys picked up all items, cleaned up all rooms entered, swept stairs and even saw one cleaning door that was brushed up against when carrying in new air handler. Everyone was great, respectful and pleasant to converse with during installation. My air works great now, quieter and with more efficient units I’ll save money on cooling expenses. Veterans Air is a Great company and will be my go to guys for any cooling/heating issues going forward.

I recently had Veteran Air Heating & Air Conditioning install a new unit for my home. They were professional, thorough and very neat. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent and fair company to do business with. After they left, I felt I had gotten the best deal for my money. Try them!

Were very happy with the service today about or hvac unit. Very easy to talk about what was not going on and talk about what he thinks we should do. So, a new system is coming in on Tuesday and that will take care of or problem.

Joe W. Is one of the best service technicians around. The man is knowledgeable and Gives great customer service. Joe fixed a few different issues in my building some big & some small but no matter the job his dedication and work ethic never quits. Thank you for having an employee that goes above and beyond.

Veteran Air were a great AC repair company. Chris especially was very friendly and professional and did a thorough job and explained every step in ways anyone can understand! I highly recommend his service!

I had a brand new unit put in and these folks are awesome! Yearly checkups are fair priced. The crew is professional and calls before arrival. They are awesome thank you for the great service.my neighbor went with a " cheaper company " after I recommend this group and they got a sub standard unit with no warranty. It pays to hire the BEST. Thank you veteran air for all you do! We were cool all summer and my babies thank you too. (Jostie and piggy) fur kids have to be cool too!

Nothing worse than your A/C going out in 90 degree weather on a weekend no less! Thank you for being so quick to respond. Chris was able to come out (only downfall was after hours pricing, hence 4 stars) assess and fix the problem in a matter of minutes. Not only is he knowledgeable, he was really nice. Hope I didn't talk to much. Veteran Air, that Chris is a gem!

I purchased the twice a year contract for maintaining my a.c. Unit. Great price and great job. Came back as many times as it took to get the a.c. To run like a champ. Would recommend over and over. Provides discount to V. A.which is a kind gesture!

Avoid this company. They came to property charged over 1000 to clean unit, repair a high voltage fuse box. They left wires exposed causing fire hazard and claimed ac was fixed. After calling for guy to come back out he did but said everything was ok and a new unit was not needed. Few days later had to call another company unit was shot and needed a new unit. Still fighting for refund.

Fantastic service. Had a mini split installed in my garage and was installed 2 days after agreement. Pricing was fair.unfortunately, i did not catch the installers names but they were both excellent and did a great Job that looks very professionally installed would highly recommend. Thanks!

Thanks tons to Veteran Air, and Chris for hanging in there with me to correct a problem with a York installation gone bad.

They called York backup tech (at my suggestion) who waked them through the difficult paces of setting up a communicating YORK affinity system.

Stellar company, technskill and honesty.

I have purchased two complete systems in the last 4 months. Earlier review expressed my great pleasure with Veteran Air. This update is to call attention to the fact that, with three complete electric bill cycles in the books with the use of both new systems, my actual usage bill has dropped a total of $320 from the same three months a year ago with the old systems. Now, keep in mind this is using two central systems in my home, but still would indicate a pretty good monthly savings with one system. Could not be happier.

We returned home from NY to find that our AC was not working. I called Veteran Air and in one hour a technician was at our house. An hour later the repair was complete. The technician called the office to explain what the problem was and the Operations manager said that there would be no charge for the repair, as the problem was covered under the warranty.
Veteran Air provided excellent service and is a honest company.
