26They came out to "fix" the AC. The unit was still under warranty but they claimed it would take 3 days to get the manufacturer's replacement part. So, ten minutes and $250 later, they installed a used part that just happened to be lying around the back of the tech's van. The best part is they wanted me to pay them ANOTHER $250 to come back and install the manufacturer's replacement part three days later. What a racket! I just kept the used part.

I received 3 bids for a new A/C. Of all three, Veteran Air was the only company to access my attic and check the duct work. They then checked the electrical panels as well. Photos were taken of everything. The price was less than the other companies and a 2.5 ton was installed and not the 2 ton the other companies bid on. The installers were professional and effecient and cleaned up the mess. I would not hesitate to recommend Veteran Air to anyone. Can't say enough good about them.
I have used Veteran Air for years for preventive maintenance and necessary work on HVACs at rentals I own. They are so great in scheduling things directly with my tenant but keeping me in the loop too so I know when they will be at my rentals and calling me directly with any issues. Sasha and Ray in the office are great to work with and I just had the pleasure of being with James and Chris at one of my homes and they worked well beyond normal working hours to get agreed upon work done in one visit. I appreciate the extra communication working with me since I am not always on site when they are at properties. I highly recommend Veteran Air and I hope you get James and Chris to work with too.

Sasha is so efficient, so quick; I am blown away with her customer service. John is knowledgeable, patient in explaining things, prompt and courteous. I can't imagine using any other company.
