My mom and dad (Kelly and Chris Smith) are from Canada. The help they received with Daisy and her pups was second to none. All the staff were friendly and excetionally helpful.

Dr. Nation was one of the most passionate vets I’ve ever seen. I had to put my 8 month old puppy to sleep. He helped me through the process and beyond sweet with her. He was honest and not in it for the money. What a great vet! You wait forever but he is worth it.

This place sucks.i hate this place with a passion.never ever attend here their terrible.i don't even think their real doctors.

My babygirl was brought here late Friday night they told us that it would cost $2,000 for her to have a C-Section or else she will die and of course we didn’t have that kind of money.they sent her home and let her die they don’t care about these animals

I originally took my dog to Orchid Springs Vet. Hosp. They charged me over $300.00 for shots and a checkup. They really did not address.his constant chewing himself raw, nor did they do anything to see if he had an infection. I went to the Vet. Healthcare. He was treated very well and now he is over all the problems. Only thing negative I could say was it was very expensive. I think most vet places know how attatched you are to your pet, and charge accordingly.

My 12 year old dog passed away so I contacted them about cremation, the place is very clean, people are very nice and thoughtful but they charged me allot of money for my dog to get cremated, I think they are extremely expensive for everything.

BEWARE! MONEY SUCKERS AT THEIR BEST! I wish I could give them a negative 5 star review. Charging money just for the fun of it and making money out of my misery ($75 referral fee paid to the Banfield that refer my dying dog to you guys - Are you for real?). I don't wish bad because my mom raise me right. My dog is about to die all because of these rats.

I was charged $2,800 and they didn't attend my dog. Honestly, karma is king and you will all pay for what you did.

Brought my 7 month old pomsky in because of a bad case of fleas that she got stricken with. They not only treated her but did a full test to make sure she didn't have anything else wrong. They called me with the test results, negative, as soon as they became available and that news took the worry out of me.

This veterinary service is amazing! They are available any time day or night. The staff are very professional and attentive to both the needs of the pet and the owner. I use this clinic for emergency purposes only because there is a great clinic closer to home that I can use for regular hour and annual checkups. I would recommend this clinic to anyone needing a vet!

Horrible! They have no problem watching and letting you pet DIE if they can't cash in 2k hospital stay. If you are on a budget this is not the place for you. They DO NOT CARE!

Great vet office! We've had to use their emergency services on four separate occasions over the past few years and have been very happy with the attention given to our dogs. We also use them for our annual checkups as well. Dr. Nations is great.

We always receive the best service at VHA. They take great care of our pup and we highly recommend them!

Very thankful for this group. My ferret ripped her nail out and was bleeding and in pain. VHA let me bring her in, even though they don't regularly see ferrets. I came in the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and the staff was friendly, patient, and kind and offered great care for my little kit. Thank you VHA for delivering high quality care to pets!

Last Thursday evening we had an accident with one of our dogs. I called to let them know we were on the way and 3 techs were waiting outside with a stretcher for us. They did everything they could to keep us informed and in the loop and sent us a sympathy card a couple days later. Not easy losing a pet since they become family, but they were honest with their opinions and let me know up front on costs as well.

I took my puppies there one night because he was vommiting and was weak.all they did was "run tests" for them to tell me they didnt know what was wrong and charge me $300 and something for my puppy to die the next day! Yeah.wouldnt recommend anyone to go there.

If I could give them no stars I would! I found a bird in my front lawn that cats was at and took him there and then they had me sign so they could work on the bird and now after the fact they are telling me that they won't even tell me if the bird is going to be okay or not. Very upset and disappointed!
