The customer service provided exceeded my expectations. The situation was well handled and having that they can handle it put me at ease.

I have been going to this place for about ten years! They have become like family, Doctor is caring and the staff is great! I forget her name, but there's a staff lady there whose been working there for years and I love that every time I go she's there to help me and always remembers me! I couldn't go anywhere else, prices are great and they have coupons if you don't have eye insurance!

We love this place my whole family has been going here for many many years. They always remember us and ask about our family members. Highly recommend Vision Max to everyone the doctor is very knowledgeable and staff are very helpful.

LISTEN. READ. ATTENTION. People are not reading these reviews before visiting this facility and you need to! We've been here for hours. We've witness the staff/doctor try to scam customers out of money, a gentleman is trying to get paperwork that they have in the system but can't give for about an hour now. Another is complaining about the coupons that THIS COMPAMY IS ADVERTISING BUT WON'T HONOR. The doctor is not completing the service properly for my family because he wants to "show her how to wear contacts" but she's been wearing contacts for years. WHAT? ! Keeps changing and trying to modify services to add charges. THIS IS CRAZY! I've never experienced this before!

If you look at my other reviews i have never rated a place lower than four stars. So a one star from me means it was the worst place i have ever been. This experience was horrifying. It took 3 hours from start to finish. They say you can get your glasses same day. But for some reason i have to pay $20 per pair to get mine " expedited ". The add on fees are ridiculous. You can tell they don't care about you. I can not explain how much I hated going here. They knew I was mad and not one apology a discount maybe we actually make your glasses nothing basically just hurry up and buy. Worst experience purchasing something ever. And to make it worst i have to go back in a week to pick up the glasses i didn't want to pay them to EXPEDITE. SCAM

By far the WORST doctor, NGHIA X TRAN, O. D.they make you wait forever while the staff wonders around aimlessly.by the time you get to see the doctor, he gives you totally wrong advise and refuses to prescribe me contact after I've been wearing them for 10 plus years and was prescribed contact lenses by Bascom Palmer eye institute! This guy is a was of time! I'm going to write a complaint to the board so no more people have to experience this nightmare doctor

This place is the best place for eyes I ever been to! I’m not exaggerating it, the ladies were really nice and caring, very beautiful people and the Dr is very friendly and caring, the prizes are the most competitive I’ve seen, you get great service for your money not expensive at all! Very unethical business practice. Needed glasses same day because my glasses broke. I was told they would be able to do same day glasses for a $20 charge. I did not want any of the extras because they were a pair of cheap emergency glasses until I could get in to see my regular doctor. The owner tried to nickel and dime me for everything. All of a sudden the glasses wouldn’t be available until 5: 30. But the ones with the UV add on would be available in an hour. I paid the extra money because I need my glasses ASAP. They took advantage of a person in a pinch.

I am a very understanding person. This is the worst place I have ever been to. They ripped me off so bad. It has been 3 months and 5 trips and still no contacts. They made pay double and I got nothing. I just wanted my money back and they won't budge. I was told I was getting a free pair glasses and I paid 199 for an exam 4 boxes of contacts and glasses. I ened up paying almost 500 dollars 3 mnths ago and have gotten nothing. I told him the vision he increased me to was ridiculous. I got nothing but headaces. They just want to increase your Vision so you have to pay more. I can't believe these people are in business. If you love your vision and money go to a dentist and you will get better service for your eyes. Please don't do this to yourself and find someone that at least cares. Thank you Edwin Santiago

If you have nothing to do this day go over there, you will waste 4-5 hours at least waiting and you never know what you are waiting for. Very unorganized place, not sure if they know how long patient will be waiting? Or if they know and don’t care. I am wondering how they still in business!

The service is really bad and they are really disorganized. I order a prescription almost one month ago and I called two weeks ago to pick it up and when I show up to the desk they couldn't find my file and the prescription was not ready and authorized by the doctor

I can't believe I ever went here. Staff is unorganized. Place is unorganized. I don't feel super welcomed when I am there. And they never warned me when my prescription was up for renew. Also once I went and had scratched my eye my accident so I went to see them and they tried to get me to buy this 200$ eye medicine. My eye healed naturally a few days later wearing just glasses.

They were nice and sweet when you buy but when you call to ask to make changes to the lens they don’t bother to call you back when they say they will. The lens for my glasses were a different base curve so it was like I was seeing in a fish bowl.

The staff is very professional and doesn't try to pressure you to buy stuff you don't really need.

If you call there for prices, you wiill not get the correct info. The lady with NY accent does not know what she's doing. And from what I see from the other reviews.they agree that some of the staff are unpleasant. Call JcPenny they are always kind and helpful!

First & last visit to this place. If you’re planning to buy glasses online DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE! You’ll be disappointed, if you don’t ask for your prescription they won’t give it to you, and they give you an incomplete prescription even though you pay for it, that’s illegal, they don’t want to give you your PD. They offer me an eye exam with “2 pairs of glasses” for $99.and it sounds great, but when they start offering what “you need” you will end it up paying more than $200 for just one pair of glasses.

The doctor there is professional and nice. The front desk and sales floor seem unorganized and a bit pushy. We did not care for the eyeglass selection there, and will most likely not return, but we did appreciate the care we got from they eye doctor.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible they are VERY unorganized, and rude because of their mistakes, even when they have deals they will find ways to overprice you, charge you and your insurance for things that you have not recieved or got done. I will be telling everyone I meet to not go there save yourself the headache they are nice when you are paying them but different story when you pick up your glasses or contacts and somethings is wrong.

They told me $99 for two pairs of glasses at the front desk.later on, they tried to charge me $300. It's a SCAM.
