Worst experience in my life I feel discriminated against and every time I have came to this place it is a problem. I ordered and paid for my items in Oct and still have not recieved them. I am always told that the things I ordered will be there soon. Do not waste your time and money. This place is a joke and the customer service is very bad.

I read some internet comments about a competitor of Vision Max online I was amazed at the lack of customer service offered. This was not the case here I arrived @ 4pm on a friday having scratched the lens of a pair of driving glasses I had earlier purchased I explained I was returning to Canada in 2 days & I needed mine repaired they were very helpful & friendly & I have my glasses back in less than 24 hours. Excellent customer service! Thank you.

This place is HORRIBLE DONT GO THERE my husband broke his glasses and he was in Costco this day so he requested prescription this people where going back and force hanging up on me my doctor from Costco and my husband telling that policy is required them to wait 24 hours for prescription to be send and even when I explained whole situation that he need his prescription to simply drive back home they hang up the phone

Everything here is excellent! Sonia is the best worker here. Highly recommend to anyone with glasses.

Everyone was pleasant and professional. I was unable to read with my old glasses but thanks to the doctor and Nancy, who did the measuring for the bifocals, I love them. I tested them on varying sizes of type and could see clearly. Thank you Vision Max, I'd recommend them to all for the cost and quality.

This place is terrible, unprofessional and very unorganized. Prices weren't contestant with what I was told when making my appointment. Waited over 90 minutes before seen. Employees were arguing with each other in front of a bunch customer's. Files were lost and a laying all over the place. They wouldn't give me a copy of my prescription either once I told them I was ordering glasses from somewhere else. The place is also very dirty. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Staff are professional and helpful. Glass frames are high quality for a good price. I love coming here.

Reasonable prices and sometimes there's a wait. I only go for their eye exam, which is very comprehensive and thorough.
