Super crowded! Long lines for cashiers. Parking was a hot mess.but I got everything needed for last minute bday? Party.

The Slooooowest Grocery Pickup Service. Waited at least 12 mins to get my order after check in. The young man who brought me my order did apologize and was very friendly and nice. And my order was correct.

This Walmart does not deserve a star! Customer Service employee Claudia is very racist! The twice that she has attended me, she was very rude and always had a “no can do” attitude. When your working for Customer Service you are there to provide “Customer Service” whether if the customer is right or wrong. She rejected my Christmas items to be returned, stating all Christmas stuff is final sale? !? My receipt does not even say that? !? I went to a different Walmart and was able to get my money back! I purchased a Yogurt on the 18th and it expired on the 20th? When I went to do a even exchange just to my luck she attended me again and told me I couldn’t return it and I explained to her I only had that yogurt for a day and it expired, untouched, she said she would the exchange this one time for me, as if she was doing me a favor. I explained to her there is no way of me eating an entire yogurt in one day! Normally Yougrts that are on the shelf have a month out expiration. They shouldn’t have things like that on the shelf, because now I’m obligated to stay with an unopened expired yogurt? ! That’s unfair, she was so rude and unhelpful. I remember I witnessed a man that left two bags full of bread that he had bought a MONTH ago and forgot them in the car, he came back and allowed him to do an even exchange! Mind you this man was a black individual. Hmm? How is it I come to do an even exchange, but I am receiving all this hostility? I tried calling the store manager and no one answers, I called several times and the last time I was placed on hold for 21 mins! This Walmart discriminates against Hispanics! I will never return to this Walmart. The store manager Matthew Sachs needs to train his employees on providing good customer service.

Good customer service long, lines barbecue chicken is off the chain low prices everyday and saying how's my baby

The staff is awful, they are not nice with the customers, especially at night hours, had a bad experience because one person from the staff said to my family and I that we were stealing, and was threatening us.
I hope they hire real people that are good at their job and stop accusing random people of stealing.

I was trying to get the Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu Switch bundle and it said that there’s 4 Available in stock in this Walmart but I can’t get it now cause I have to wait on Black Friday to get it and not now it’s not fair that I have to wait after thanksgiving to get the bundle smh ‍️

Unbelievably long lines at the register and then right in front of us an employee opened a register to ring up a customer she apparently knew and refused to help anyone else in line claiming the register was closed. Really unprofessional.

Self pay was closed. Long wait to pay. It's hard to find foods without toxic ingredients, but there is improvement. Poor variety of baby shoes and expensive baby clothes.

Definitely need to have more cashiers. I like the savings however i dont like to be in long ass lines after i worked 12 hours. Its like the cashiers arms drip like molasses. Slow af!

Great store to shop and find almost everything you could possibly need and want. I went to purchase an item from sporting goods the other day and the associate did not have the key to open the display. Thankfully the Store Manager Matt provided exceptional service and offered to call me once they had found the keys to open the display. I received a call as promised. I was more than impressed by his professional courtesy that he provided. My special thanks go out to the Store manager Matt and also the Co-manager and associates who helped me out by providing outstanding customer service. I’ve been a long time fan, shopper, and consumer and will definitely continue to do so. I wanted to share my appreciation and thank you for everything.

I was so hungry and asked by Wal-Mart fryed chicken but my experience was terrible. The fry chicken was so salty and extremely spicy that I couldn't get the flavor, finally a drank a gallon of water plenty of ice; reason for 2 rating.

Very poor customer service lines are too long head cashier manager. Don't take the initiative to get on board and help out with moving the line fasters

Nice place but very unprofessional lady in the self scan! Her name is tania an old rude lady! Im not the fist customer complaining and it’s not my first inconvenience with this lady! The manager dont even helped me! This kind of associate destroy the Walmart image! Very disappointing!

This place is the worst! 40 registers and only 4 are open.the lines go back into the store. Terrible personnel! They dont care about your time.

By far one of the best walmart's in northern dade county. Usually fully stocked on merchandise and plenty of cashiers. Great customer service!

It's 24 hours that's why it got 2 stars. Typical ChinaMart if crowded you'll wait a long time to check out. A lot of people used to car camp this place but since they changed security I've seen them kick people out. I'd like to see the cashiers want customers out of there as fast as their parking patrol.

Love the self checkout station. I like to use reusable bags and the self checkout allows me to do so without having to bother the cashier to use my own bags.

The worst customer service, I was there on Sunday I tried and asked for a manager waited more.than 40 minutes to get helped!

Walmart is awesome, the employees need to truly understand what it truly means to have proper customer service skills.

(On 5851 NW 177th St, Hialeah, FL 33015) I walked past THREE of your employees (one behind the counter 2 standing talking) into your garden around 5: 30 - 6: 00.2 of them kept coming into where I was checking to see what I was doing while I picked the plants I wanted. Imagine my surprise when I went to walk back (cause it started to rain) to where the cashier section is to pay around 7: 15 only to find myself LOCKED IN! I bang on the door for 4 - 5 minutes and wave at the camera a couple times, take pictures of this foolishness and then have to call your customer service number to get the door unlocked (even she couldn't believe it!). I had to wait 20 - 30 minutes to be let out and then I get to the counter only to be told the reduced sticker price will NOT be honored I have pay full price. I am ALL THE WAY DONE with this company. I refuse.
So Explain to me HOW THIS COULD EVEN HAPPEN!
