Walmart Supercenter, Hialeah FL

This walmart has very slow cashiers. And most of the registers are always closed. This causes a lot of waiting in line. Sometimes up 20 minutes depending on the cashier. They have speed scanning registers, and you would think it would help. Nope not at all.so you guys get 2 stars. Very lucky I did not do 1.

Really cool sophisticated app check in systemand all and then u have to wait 27 minutes on the pickup kiosk for an associate to show up.

Prices are amazing, they sell all kinds of products, the only problem I found was the lack of variety of certain things, like clothes (for women) and art supplies.

Lowest quality customer service. I waited 45 minutes to pick up an online order. Their machine was broken, I called for the manager been inside the store and employee hung up on me thinking I was wondering else but I was seen when she hunged up the phone to prevent for me to speak with the manager, but I was there inside the store. Bad experience. Floor manager is not doing his job and store manager worse. They are the ones to blame.

I always come for groceries here but today I came to pick up a item I bought online and nobody helped me I have been waiting for 30 minutes here and still nobody comes to help.

Love this place it has everything and anything that you need or can imagine. People are friendly and they take care of you with any needs that you might have.

Busy busy walmart but it has everything I need. Normally do the self check out since people not really like it and save on time.

By far one of the beat walmart's in northern dade county. Usually fully stocked on merchandise and plenty of cashiers. Great customet service!

Customer service staff is awful! They also have rude cashiers. Pharmacy staff are really nice and the only reason I even give them stars at all!

The cashiers Scan and Go the best investment they did I used to hate Walmart cause of the neverend lines. Now I can shop at any time.

Don’t recommend McDonald’s, takes forever hardly anything to drink, hair in my burger, fries were not cooked right and on top of that wrong order, no people skills.
