Good deals on apartments, and a fairly nice neighborhood. Also, plenty of grills, benches, and a couple playgrounds.

I have been living here for 3 years and the front office is one of the worst I have ever experienced. The office is only open two days a week and the agents there aren't efficient at their job. The apartments are cheap to rent but when it comes to paperwork it is a nightmare.
