Waychoff's Air Conditioning, Jacksonville FL

Paid $240 for a “repair” that lasted 5 whole days (on a 6-month old unit) and now they can’t send anyone out for another 2 days for something they did not fix. Worst customer service ever.

He was super nice and especially respectful. Prices were reasonable and I would use them again.

I called yesterday afterwork and they sent someone out today. I need a new ac unit but the repair man fixed my ac and cleaned it out so I can get another couple of months out of it. Very professional and thorough. I will call them when I can get the new ac unit.

DILLON IS A REALLY RESPECTFUL AND KIND YOUNG MAN. I SO APPRECIATE HIM COVERING HIS SHOES EACH TIME HE CAME IN THE HOUSE. WE HAD A BAD HARD START AND OUR AIR CLEANER (KNIGHT) HAD TO BE REPLACED AND HE WAS VERY GRACIOUS IN LETTING ME KNOW THESE THINGS AND APOLOGIZED THAT IT WAS RIGHT AFTER CHRISTMAS. (WAS A LOT OF MONEY) HE WASN'T PUSHY AND I FELT AS THOUGH I COULD TRUST HIM WHICH IS RARE ANYMORE. WAYCHOFF HAS BEEN FANTASTIC TO WORK WITH THE PAST FEW YEARS THAT WE'VE BEEN WITH THEM AND WE APPRECIATE THEIR HONESTY AND IMPECCABLE SERVICE.

Shawn came in on time he was very detailed on what was done and what was going to be done he was very respectful completed the service in a timely manner a job well done

Tyler is by far the best! I have had a Lennox for 2 years and Mcowan’s has come out several times since they serviced the unit what a joke! I highly recommend this company! Tyler answered all my questions maybe 3 times since I’m not an air expert but he has the up most customer service I have ever witnessed!

Customer service was good. However, do to a scedualing error on the company's part, I had to spend 2 full days at home waiting for the county inspector to review the work only to find the original scedual date was never placed. The company appologized but because two days of my time was wasted I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Phonominal company-Exceptional technician. Professional to the max. Tyler knew his stuff and fixed fast and a fair price too. Treated me with utmost care and respect. He is a top notch person and should be held at the highest regard!

Jason also lets you know things you can do to add to the life of the unit without high pressure sales pitches. I always ask for Jason to service our A. C. The reason we use Waychoff’s is their products and most of all their service technicians.
