29I have used these guys a few times. One time they were able to come pretty late. They were always so fast and very professional. They were always able to get to my home either that day or if very late then next day. I will say AFTER I used them I found that they keep coupons on their site so wish they would have told me, also seem to always find something to try to upsale but I get that and am ok with it. I would always use them if any more issues arose.
I have nothing but praise for Tyler the service tech, he was very thorough when checking our sick A/C. He explained every thing he was doing and why. It was soon repaired and cooling very well. I will request him when it is time for the service check ups.
Jason was excellent in his diagnosis and solutions for a failing blower motor. This guy deserves a raise!
I think Tyler may have been his name, but he was able to fix my ac. The reason im giving 5 stars is because he was honest and gave me the option of fixing the issue myself and how to do it if I wanted it. He was professional and fixed the issue.
Great experience +10. Speedy service. Tyler was great to work with. Under promise and over deliver. Our problem is an un-detectable leak and he was honest and straightforward that either replace or bandaid. We had him do the bandaid repair with the leak stop and top off the Freon. We are hopeful it will hold up. Would recommend Waychoff to family and friends.

Waychoff's did an amazing job and had my system up and running in less than 30 minutes. The tech they sent out, Shawn Leguire, was very knowledgeable and professional.
Had a great experience. My tech adjusted his route to be available when I was available rather than have me waiting in a 2 hour time slot. He was quick, efficient, friendly and saved me some money all in one shot!
