Yikes. Hire more people.
I *tried* to go through the drive thru. The line was so long I was waiting in the road! After 10 minutes (really, I timed it!) not a single car had moved through. Not one.
The only reason that is possible is understaffing.
I ended up giving up and driving away without getting anything.: (

Slowest Wendy's I've ever been to at both the drive through and indoor dining. Flies were all over the cash registers and lights.

Honestly the best service in town. The drive through not only goes fast but you get a smile and they always are so happy. I will definitely be back! Thanks ladies for the amazing service!

The staff is nice but they’re clearly understaffed. I give it a pass a few times but this place is consistently awful in terms of speed. Drive thru crawls and the inside is usually closed (presumably for the staffing problems)

946pm waited 15 mins no service they said they didn’t have enough employees to do the window and the counter. I said why have the damn drive thru open then.

Sticky floors, only one soda machine with ice, and NO ZERO! Also an item missing from the order. Not the Wendy's I remember!

6 months ago: (They have improved so much! Fast service and the restaurant is very clean.)

Update: So much have changed over the last months. The service is no longer good and the employees are rude, they always forget something and/or get your order wrong. We opted for not visiting this location anymore that's how bad they've become. They are going to need a miracle to keep this location alive.

Aaaand.one year after, they improved again! Impressive turn around! I am impressed of how much they've improved their services.

This location is very centric, easy to get into but exiting can be chaotic thanks to the traffic. Food is always fresh and the service is amazing.

Very slow service. Tried to give the employee a coupon as I gave him my card and he said it he had already run card. Slow to give you your food, but they are quick to take your money.

11: 00pm Monday 12/07/2020 The worst service from a male. He could barely speak English. He cancelled Uber eats order because he could not understand the order on the receipt. I waited over 2 hours for this order I feel awful for the driver who wasted time.

I always receive great customer service here but the lines are long at drive through so I suggest ordering online and picking up.

Very good food with good choice of salads and jacket potatoes which gives more of a choice. Didn't get my order quite right from the drive in but in store was very good.

Truthfully one of my favorite Wendy's locations. It's usually after midnight by the time I'm here and the employees still are kind and upbeat and manage their lines very well. Job well done.

Great service and the food is always good at this location. We always eat here before going to Disney

Just got food frm this location and it was COLD AS ICE. Don't go here late at night, this is the worst.

Always a good experience here but someone really needs to keep the Freestyle drinks machine stocked up more often as it's disappointing when there is no leamonade.

50 minute drive-through wait. Pulled up at 11: 20pm, didn't get food until well past midnight. What could possibly take so long? Order was correct and food was fine, but this set a world-record for the longest time I've waited in a drive-through. There were only 5 cars in the line.

I order a dish cod sandwich the wait took forever and the Frisch sandwich was scoping wet with tartar sauce and a burnt piece of fish that smelled rotten

Extremely slow service, if you are hungry do not, I repeat do not go there, is f. Slow! Idk why a fast food place takes more time than a regular restaurant, not going back

I went in the evening after dinner, and the drive through was awful! The lady serving us kept saying are you done yet. She wouldn't even let us order! Then she keep telling a fellow employee to go to the freezer. It was very annoying.
