Wendy's, Davenport FL

Asked for ketchup only on my burger didn't get it got a chicken wrap it was thrown in a bag unwrapped no sauce for our nuggets even tho we asked for it very disappointed went threw drive threw so I didn't have the time to go back and have it fixed wouldn't go back to that Wendy's

You'll be lucky to find a clean table and the food will arrive very slowly and cold. I've visited this Wendy's quite a few times since it opened and it's getting worse.

Place is clean and nice. But the staff does not belong. I feel like I’m going to a Wendy’s and a poverty-stricken area vs being in champion gates. The people just don’t belong. Very loud, rude and wouldn’t say customer service was part of the training. Giving the clientele in the area. Replace Marisol (the manager) and couldn’t give you any other names because they don’t wear name tags

It took forever for us to get our food. And the food wasn't as great as other wendy's. Plus the bathroom was gross.

This has been a horrible experience left Disney at 11 pm and came to this location for take out. Waited in the drive thru for 20 min before even being asked what we wanted to eat no response to wait a min I’m sorry nothing. Horrible horrible horrible customer service

Very hard to get service nights after 12: 00. Today we attempted to use drive through. Only one car in drive line and few cars in lot. Pulled into order area and someone came on speaker and mumbled something. The background noise was a lot of yelling and laughing. We attempted.to give our usual order and the girl yelled she was busy and to wait. Well we will wait a long time know. McDonald across the street.

Horrible Wendy's. They need to work on their food. The baconator fries were horrible and the medium fries was more like a small. Worst lemonade. Other Wendy's are much better.it's getting 2 stars only because the staff were nice.

If this was a sit-down restaurant with a waiter and the whole nine yards this place would still be considered slow. The drive-through is a true test of patience. The night crew refuses to stack any orders and you won't hear a peep from them asking for your order until the car directly in front of the window leaves with their food. I may not know how to run a kitchen, but I do know the McDonald's just up the street can handle over four times the volume this Wendy's can.

Always great customer service. Kinda stays busy, but waiting time generally is not long. Clean environment. Never used the bathroom here, but see attendants walking around often from that area and have never heard complaints.

The actual worst experience I've had at this chain. AFTER i ordered my food and PAID, the lady said oh sorry we're out of salad. Didn't refund my money just threw in a chicken wrap. What kind of nonsense. The team working there is a joke. Worst customer service ive ever seen.

Went there and order a cesar salad and something else they did not put the dressing in and I had to throw the salad out because it was a way to get back I highly recommended if you use this store check your order because they don’t check what they put in the bag before handing it to the customer it ain’t the first I will be sending this to corporate also

Got a 4 for 4 my cheeseburger had the bun almost 2 times bigger than regula burger bun look like a square hockey puck on a bun

Extreamly slow. Food did not equal the cost of the food. Ordered Grilled Chicken sandwich, bread & Lettuce was soggy. Been to a lot of Wendy's but this is by far the worst. Person who took our order was very rude

Ordered a #6 Medium & my fries were less than half full. If they’re going to charge more for Medium they need to make sure the customer gets what they pay for! Probably less than a small in fries. Complete rip off & they know most people don’t check bag before leaving. So tired of Fast Food screw ups & rip offs! & they want like $15/hr! What a joke! $9 for a combo meal & didn’t even get what I paid for.

Very dirty inside was not clean old food on floor floors were very dirty bathrooms were very dirty manager needs to step up and clean the place

Slow, waited in drive through for 15 min then no one answered to take our order. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

Staff slower than a team of Turtles on amphetamines! 25 minute wait for a couple of burgers. Fries were cold and limp! Place should be shuttered.

Slllooowwww Wendy's but mad busy.which is why it is probably slow.

Even though it is really slow.the food was great. The food was hot, fresh and our meals were correct.

The service was AWESOME! The staff was very pleasant and the building was very clean. The service was prompt too.
