My level of care was good. They were awfully busy and I had an issue with a PA. However, the ER Director was very kind and professional and addressed those issues. WMCH is making all efforts to take care of everyone in a timely manner. Thank you
Everything about getting pre admitted for surgery went exactly as it should have. Step by step carefully explained with accompanying literature.

I had knee repacement surgury, it was round the clock care. The Doctor and the nurses gave the vest of care. When u rang they answered immediately. Within 5 minutes at the most.
I went in because I had what I thought was a viral flu 10 days after starting being sick. An African-American doctor with an accent spoke to me. He told me that no one working at the hospital wanted to be there and he wouldn't answer any of my questions. They gave me a script for Motrin. Worst hospital!

The wait time advertised 8 minutes. My husband had a broken arm and we arrived at approximately 7: 50 pm. An hour and a half later they took into the back? So.what is the 8 minutes referring to? You register yourself by scanning your license. 90 minutes and he still hasn’t seen a doctor, but the good news- it only took 90 minutes to be called for his insurance information. Eight minutes? Eight minutes- maybe in some parallel universe, but not in mine.
Visiting from out of town was sick on Christmas I got a nasty nurse who admonished me for coming to the ER. Would not let me see a Dr. Did not get my medical background before not letting me see a Dr. After sending me to waiting room to wait for flu test for an hour she then said I could leave. I have insurance I was denied medical treatment I'm worse now and via phone am having my drs in tx treat me. I wouldn't send an enemy to them. I was and am very sick and was scolded by RN Stephanie and denied medical treatment.
