I have asked this company to remove names of those who do not live at our property. As a true resident of the property who pays all of the HOA fees, I have asked to be at least acknowledged on all notices to our property. They refuse to add my name to the notifications of the property even though, I pay all HOA fees and my husband is on the deed, but not me. Rude, worst customer service! You want your HOA monthly fee, have some respect for the property owners!

I had an issue with property, I went to the agency to speak to the property manager since she/he never reply when message was left. At first, they said, he has not arrive so I informed them that I would wait. It went from he has not arrive to his at lunch then finally he would not be in today and had someone from their accounting office come out since I refuse to leave.
She was polite but not able to help since it had to do with notification notices which they swear they send but no one receives.

Greed heightened especially during a pandemic.

Certain procedures must be questioned now especially if it’s been brought to your attention and this case first hand experience.
Blatant disrespect and disregard.
I understand the procedure and I received the interim notice regarding the parking. I feel it’s unfair that no warning provided to “guest” whether they were in violation or not. No information left behind just a guest and or tenant returning to their car in panic mode. As, I see a few cars with out decals referring to the (green decals) that are parked in Guest at this moment.

Moving forward, I reviewed the notice is vague and signage should be posted through out the residential area letting residents know the policy whether over night is not permitted? Guest decals visible? And or subject to tow along with company information.

Just reaching out to prevent this occurring and seek clarity, with an resolution possibly, as this is an unprecedented expense to individuals such as tenants, owners and essentially guest especially doing this time.

One of my clients was purchasing a condo in a HOA that Wise manages, we needed a condo questionnaire and docs for the loan approval. We had the pleasure of dealing with Cody Glass at Wise property management who went above and beyond to get us the required items so we can make the closing on time. Thank you Cody!

Wise Property Management mailed us false invoice and stated the homeowners account is delinquent. But, we paid the homeowners fees on time.

I own several properties in the Tampa area and have worked with a few local management companies and Wise hands down has given superior service. My manager Camilo Clark has been extremely responsive, had 2 of my work orders closed in 24 hours.

I'm currently President for the association at galleria homes it has been a pleasure working with Cam he has brought a lot to the table and has been very knowledgeable with issues that have accured. Jeff Barnhart is the maintenance man for the property and loves working with Cam he is beyond supportive to us.

I want to thank Camilo who manages Casablanca town homes. I had a difficult situation with my town home and I felt as if I was all alone until I spoke to Camilo. I thank you for being so strong and taking on the situation with no problem. Speaking with you put my mind at rest and I knew everything would be alright. Camilo thank you for getting this very bad situation taken care so fast. You are an asset to Wise Properties. The professionalism at Wise was first class all the way. Always quick to respond and each person I interacted with was kind and eager to help. You can defiently see that they care about their clients! Will strongly recommend Wise in the future.

Me and my husband have been residing in Capri Isle (Cory Lakes) for 6 years and have had to make many requests concerning our community and how important it is for us to keep it clean and beautiful. We feel that we have finally met the person who is going to help us do this, and his name is Cody Glass, Manager. We are finding that as soon as we send the information to Cody via email, he is quick to respond and get the issue taken care of. This means a lot to us because as residents, we enjoy living here, but most of all, we want to keep it as beautiful and clean as we possibly can. Thanks Cody for your quick action to our issues, we couldn't be happier, you are very much appreciated.
