Highly recommend! Taylor was absolutely fabulous with her approach she really slowed things down and answered my questions. She dumbed it down in a way that I could fully understand and kept her professionalism. Overall Wise in my opinion is the way to go!

I am a first time home owner and I recently had a hard time trying to figure out what payments were due when and what needed to be sent to who, which really stressed me out. I wanted to pull my hair out of my head trying to understand everything on my own but thankfully Taylor McQuown and Jennifer Costa over at Wise Property Management broke everything down into laymen terms so my panicked brain could figure it out. I am so grateful for all the time they took to help me understand what I needed to do. I am now stress free and can really enjoy being a new home owner! 10/10 quality of service and staff.

Cam is well educated with regards to our condo documents and stays in touch with our board when any issues arise. It's been a pleasure working with Cam the last several years when our board decided to go with Wise Property Management. We've been able to get many improvements taken care of because of the willingness of Cam working out the best solutions with our board.

I'm a 21 year resident of Galleria Homes and I also hold the position as Treasure on the board. Our property manager is Cam Clark. He's a very knowledgeable and professional individual. He answers any questions we have as board as well as the residents questions or concerns. If he doesn't have an answer he will get the correct answer and get back to the person or persons wanting to know in a timely manor. I am a REALTOR and am working with a buyer on a transaction. I contacted this management company to obtain HOA documents for buyer review which usually proves difficult and time consuming. This company was wonderful - they sent me the documents I needed immediately without push back that the seller needs to obtain them etc. I spoke to Amita who was professional, friendly and prompt.
