This is one of the most wonderful experience that I've had in Xfinity my cell person are my representative of my customer service person was the most wonderful and patient person that I've dealt with in a few years I truly appreciate her service thank you for having her as one of your customer service reps
There qas a horrible smell inside. Needs to be aired out, or find whatever caused the smell and take care of it
Love this location! They are very quick and eager to solve any issues u may have. Marquis and Taylor are absolutely AMAZING! They go Above and Beyond their already high standards!
Tech support sent me to get a SIM card. Young male employee, didn't get his name, took care of replacing the card n knew to reset network settings, as I was told to by the support tech on the phone.
We talked about an upgrade n upfront cost at the store too. Very courteous, friendly employee
Alicea Mann helped me save a $70 setup fee by showing me how to set up my Wi-Fi modem. It took me 10 minutes. I would have been angry if I had to pay for someone to do that for me! What a relief!
Awesome staff! We bought new phones & took them in to have them put on our Xfinity account. It took a long time to get them transferred (the problem was with my previous cell provider not Xfinity) the ladies were so helpful & funny it made it go by quickly (it literally took 45mins lol) They installed our sim cards & everything while we waited.
I hate Xfinity although I need cable, tv, and internet. They are the worst and they over charge you for everything and their customer service is horrible!
Horrible customer service, I don't think the lady knew how to do anything except hand us a new remote.
My first time at the Jacksonville fl, Xfinity Store and I was so impressed how friendly and determined to help us.
The girl that helped me today was great, she was polite and very curtious. I wish all curtious. I wish all employee's would be like her.
Terrible service, you can NOT get ahold to the store and it keeps you in a for ever loop! As much money they charge you would figure thet would have perfect customer service! And you would be able to talk to a real person! For goodness sake Xfinity get it together! PLEASE! IF you don't know how to do it right I would be glad to teach your employees, for a fee of course.

For both me and my mom we experienced horrible service here. 2 of the ladies at this location were great but we had already canceled service with them due to our experience wth staff there. My mom lost her husband. A young male worker was not helpful very cold and rude. That day it seem as the staff present was on a war pad. When we returned equipment the staff was appalled yet not surprised at what we experienced. The mgr on duty made sure the accounts were canceled properly and assured my mom wouldn't have any backlash or hidden costs. Had these ladies been there that day and serviced us I'm sure we both would still be with the Xfinity.
The management has no idea on how to train their staff here. I would give them 0 stars if I can. Terrible.
Horrible speed I got 1% speed out of 150 mbps just check the speed test I've run on a 3rd party, I dont belive Xfinity speed test because its shows 160mb but I can't even watch a YouTube without it buffering every 30 second. Not the store fault but I'm not lifting this review till I get what I paid for
Xfinity provides TV and Wi-Fi probably the one of the best at a price way out of touch. Staff are not friendly. Xfinity has a lot of shysters working within their organization and will continually break contracts on their own and Jack your prices up without your consent you will be in a constant battle with these people if you get their services
As much as comcast is like talking to the government on the phone, the staff at this store is always fast & helpful.
A very nice store. Seems to be a bit tucked away. When I visted the store on a weekday mid morning, I was the only customer. I received prompt, fast, friendly service and I was out the door.
No line.no waiting! Walked right in and got my box switched out for the new one. Jeremiah was prompt and courteous
The young man that helped me was so patient. Even after my attitude he calmed me down and was wonderful.
