Purchased office chair 1/16/19 delivery was an issue chair needs to be returned store refused. Called 7 times to speak with the manager who was never available would not even respond to corporate. Stuck with the 223.00 office chair that is unusable. Every staff member I spoke to during this time was rude and none were capable of assisting me. I've been a customer for years, will not be returning after this nightmare.

5.7.19- It keeps getting better, second attempt to get replacement furniture. The items that they brought to replace the furniture that was already damaged was also damaged resulting in a trip to the store once again for help with the Manager Nick (Wonderful guy BTW). The bed frame teeth were bent, the foot of the bed was missing the legs, the mattress planks were missing legs, the headboard had damage on the back of it, and the nightstand was also damaged on top.

4.30.18- Out of 8 pieces of furniture purchased ($4500 worth), three pieces of the furniture were damaged at the time of delivery. The delivery guys ended up having to take legs off of other furniture to fix other pieces that were broken or didn't fit. I tried working with the store with no success. From the pictures, you can see one of the damaged pieces and what was delivered of my bed. They had to take all over pieces back. What a joke this company is. Also, don't expect them to take your furniture upstairs. Ashley HomeStore's delivery team doesn't want the liability so they refused to move furniture anyone other than the first floor. The customer experience post-sale was horrible. They only care about your needs before the sale. Each time I called to find out where my replacement furniture was.crickets. No one knew anything. Still, after 4 days, no one has called me back nor have any managers called me back per my continued request. I normally buy from RH and NEIMAN MARCUS but thought I would save some money this time around. Bad idea. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! THEY ARE USELESS AND DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS AT ALL!

We bought a queen sized bed and mattress on 4/14/19. It was delivered on 4/19/19. After removing the old bed and assembling the new bed frame, installer informs me that the wooden slats are missing, looks like they were not ordered and I have to call the store. I call the store at 130 pm to describe the problem, was told I would receive a call back in 30 minutes. After not receiving a call back I called again at 430 to find out when the parts would be delivered, once again I am told it is being worked on and would receive a call back shortly. At 730 I call back again after not receiving the promised call back, I am told no managers are in the store to help me, I explain my son has no bed to sleep in and it is now a problem. Told a Manager will call me in the morning, of course no phone call. I call store at 1040 asking to talk to a manger I am told they are all busy and will call me when free. At 130 I was tired of waiting and called back, finally talked to a manager who tells me I might get the pieces tomorrow or have to wait until April 24th. The lack of customer service and ambivalent attitude of the store, of the situation which was all their fault is unacceptable. You have now lost a customer.

Never again. Bought a bedroom set from them. One of the pieces for the frame was damaged so they couldn't put it together - fine. I'm a reasonable person. But then I never heard anything back. They also damaged my walls. Opened the mattress in the truck and used their filthy hands to move the mattress, leaving stains on my brand new mattress. Everyone knows to deliver mattresses with the plastic on. Called the store, woman who answered said she would contact the warehouse about the missing part and send a tech to clean the mattress. Didn't hear from her. Called AGAIN. She told me they were not sending a tech to clean the mattress, that it wasnt their problem, and that I needed to file a claim with the protection company.

Absolutely not! Ashley Furniture delivered a soiled product. Ashley Furniture is going to remedy the problem or take it back. Calling corporate.

Excellent customer service! Fay at Northpoint was very helpful and patient with us for our new memory foam mattress. We will definitely be coming back to get the rest of our furniture for our new home!

The 5 stars are only for my salesperson and delivery driver- Fay and Nelson - who managed to solve a delivery problem that no one else that I was able to speak with cared enough to solve. This included 3 different people at the store who answered my calls and the corporate “”Customer Care” department who basically shrugged off a delivery issue not of my making. I was astounded at the level of apathy I encountered. But Fay and Nelson made it work when I had given up hope and decided this company sucked. They possibly still do suck but Fay and Nelson decided to make things work the way they should. Kudos to both of them! Ashley, you might want to rethink those recordings about how great you are that I was forced to listen to for the 11 phone calls I made today trying to get my furniture delivered.

The shopping experience with Josh Harmon was awesome! He was very informed and let us take our time to find what we want. We went to other places too, but this was by far the best place we went to! Would highly recommend shopping here first.

I enjoyed working with Sam, he was friendly and not overbearing. Checkout was quick and efficient and everyone involved was friendly, I will come here again for future furniture purchases

I’ve worked with Sharon Henry, at the North Point Parkway location, several times. I keep going back to her because she is exceptional! She listens and works with me before, during, and most importantly after the sale. She is the reason I shop at Ashley Furniture.

I shopped at at least 6 different places searching for living room furniture. I came back to Ashley Home Store because it had a welcoming environment, helpful staff and a large selection of furniture. Josh helped me a lot throughout the process; I struggled with making a decision on the best choice and he was always there to answer questions and provide quality company knowledge about the furniture. Great experience. I will return to this store for business in the future!

The staff at this store was very friendly and were very patient in showing us the furniture.

Mark (store manager) has been extremely helpful in finalizing our furniture in terms of color selection, model selection and more importantly giving us the best of best deal in price.
