Alex and Brittany were great! They worked with us to get the perfect bedroom set. We go to them every time we need furniture because we know we will have a great experience. Highly recommend going to them the next time you need furniture.

It was lovely shopping at Ashley! Marisa is a sweetheart, very friendly and chirpy and above all well opinionated. We are very happy and satisfied with their deals we got today and also the quality of the furniture.

Horrible delivery and customer service. I had to wait 2 months to receive part of the sofa they left at the warehouse. I called the store three times and they lied about putting the order in.

Had a wonderful experience today at Ashley Furniture. My Salesperson, Gabriel, was patient as I took a lot of time to decide what I wanted and what I could afford. He and the store Manager took great care of me and made sure I was completely satisfied with what I was purchasing. This is my second purchase from Ashley and it will not be my last. Thank you Gabriel!

My experience with Ashley was absolutely abysmal. Everyone at the store is friendly, but the organization at their warehouse is horrible. I ordered a sectional couch that consisted of two parts, but when they delivered it, they accidentally brought two right halves instead of a right half and a left half. As if that weren't enough, they also scraped this half on the ceiling and tore a small hole in it. The movers said they would send the correct piece later, so I waited. When I hadn't heard anything by the next day, I called customer service, and they informed me that not only was there no order for the correct piece, but the movers had documented that they'd delivered two LEFT halves instead of two right halves. The customer service rep said she would fix this and that I should call the store to schedule the delivery. So I called the store directly, and they told me that they could send the correct half the very next day, but that they would need to confirm with the warehouse and get back to me in an hour or two. Six hours went by and I didn't hear anything, so I called again and got told that the last person I had talked to had gone home without following up with me. This new person said they would also contact the warehouse and get back to me. Naturally, I never heard back. The next day (two days after I was supposed to have my full couch), I still hadn't heard back, so I called again and got THE EXACT SAME RESPONSE. I went down to the store in person to sort it out and was told that they were only allowed to email the warehouse, not call them directly, meaning I had been waiting around for two days without a response because the warehouse rarely checked their email. Even better, I had to repeatedly explain that I needed a LEFT half, not a right half, because the info had never been changed in the system after all. After talking with a manager and FINALLY convincing him to call the warehouse, I was told that they would deliver it in two days and that I would get a call tomorrow confirming. When that call finally came, they suddenly had THE WRONG ADDRESS LISTED. I called the store AGAIN to rectify this and was told AGAIN that they had to email the warehouse. Knowing where this would lead, I again had to speak to a manager, because apparently that's the only way to open a remotely competent line of communication between warehouse and store. I did finally get my left couch half four days after it was scheduled to come, but I would NEVER put myself through the headache of dealing with Ashley again. If you have delivery problems, you're better off getting a refund up front, because trying to correct the issue will only send you through wave after wave of incompetence and frustration.

Larry gave us our sweet time to make a decision, he was very respectful and we never felt pressured. The manager was also very kind and all other sale reps provided us with excellent service as well. First time buyers at this store and pretty sure we will be back.
