38I showed Malik (Sales Associate) the bed frame I wanted to buy on Sunday, he took a picture of the sign next to it and rang me up for the wrong one. I had no idea he typed in the wrong SKU number until the wrong bed frame was delivered to my home. I went through the Ashley Customer Care and they said this store does not accept any returns once the item is signed for and in the home. I am extremely upset with this whole process and just want an exchange.
WOW! Where do I start? The Ashley Furniture Store located in Atlanta, GA at 2535 Piedmont Rd, NE Atlanta GA 30324 (Sidney Marcus location), is absolutely unorganized, lacks professionalism, client-care abilities and honesty. I purchased a bed and a Temper-pillow in September 2020. Upon opening the pillow, I noticed the pillow was used and had saliva and mucus stains (YUCK!). I called and asked for the manager. I was put on hold for 15 mins. Brandon (manager) finally came to the phone and I explained the situation. He refused to issue a refund and made-up excuses. He did not handle the issue effectively, and placed me on hold for 15 mins then hung up on me. I had to call back several times. Upon calling, Morgan (front desk, customer service rep) answered and said Brandon was busy. I asked Morgan to transfer me to Robert (store manager). The games they play are absolutely crazy. I was placed on hold for another 10 mins. I had my assistant call back for 4 days straight and we were told Robert was busy. We left 7 messages and sent 4 emails. NO. RETURNED. CALL. We then reached out to the 1800 number and attempted to get a solution. Customer service stated the store had sent us a $100.00 gift card. This was a lie and she was able to see how this never happened. Customer service stated someone would be reaching out to me. Catherine Byers (office manager) emailed, making mention of things that never occurred. She stated I was sent a gift card – this was a lie. She stated she would have Robert or Brandon reach out – this was a lie. I showed her several emails dating back to how no one had followed up, then she went missing, too, and we never heard back from her. To date, 5 months later, no one from the store has ever reached out by phone. I am warning you now, do not shop here. The integrity, honesty, and value is horrible. After my incident, I have come in contact with several other people who have had issues at this store. Shop at your own risk!:)
I’ve had the worst customer service experience with this company. I bought two bookshelves from this location on New Years Day. Both of them delivered a week later without incident but the troubles began once I tried to assemble them. Each bookshelf had a different manufacturing defect. I called customer service the very next day and they scheduled a technician to come to my home. The technician didn’t come to my home until over a month from when I called customer service. The technician declared the issues a manufacturing defect and ordered parts to attempt to solve the problem. That was on February 11th. Today is March 26th and I still do not have the parts. I spoke with customer service today and they said the parts won’t get shipped until mid-April at the earliest. I asked for a refund multiple times and was told I had to return it within 3 days. How can I return something when they force me try and fix it first?
My wife, our baby and I had a great experience at this location, everyone was welcoming and polite. Our salesman was a gentleman by the name of Stillman, he was honest and well knowledgeable about what we were looking for and what we need. I would recommend Mr. Stillman and the staff at this location. Thank you for a great experience.
The worst Experience! Back in February 2020. I came in the store and purchased a tv stand. They tell after I purchased the stand it’s on back order until May. I told them I don’t want it and here it is March 2021 and they still have a balance on my account and they refuse to take the balance off making every excuse in the world. I made approximately 20 trips to the store and from Brianna, Cat Byers, Samantha gave me nothing but Lies to get me out the store and tell me they gonna resolve the issue. I sent another email yesterday and they still trying to get out the issue So know we gonna go another route. My lawyer is involve and will be contacting them and we gonna see how this goes. I will never get anything from this store ever again!
Horrible experience! Furniture is poor quality and return policy is non-existent. Buyer be warned. Ashely furniture sources cheap quality furniture and upcharges you! When you realize how poor quality it is, it's too late, they won't exchange or refund it. Real thieves!

Our sales person, Marcus was awesome! He answered all our questions went over everything with us thoroughly. He was a hustler! A real go-getter. I highly recommend you look for him when you go there to shop for your furniture you won't be disappointed.
I had a GREAT experience with Marcus at Ashley furniture. He was so helpful and patient with me as I debated lots of different options. I highly recommend using Marcus if you stop by, he was a pleasure to work with.

Marcus was the absolute BEST! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and charming. He got me exactly what I needed without trying to force or pressure me into getting anything extra.
We went in looking to furnish our home office. Stillman William's assisted us and was FABULOUS! From the greeting and initial contact we could see he was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back to see him for future furniture and decor needs!
The store experience was pretty amazing. Everyone there was very knowledgeable, helpful and funny. My only issue is that when I called back two days later in regards to my order I couldn't reach anyone. I called twice and was on hold til the music stopped playing and still no answer. But beyond that, the store experience is cool.

I came in near to closing. My salesman respected my preference to browse by myself and then when I was ready to make a purchase he was extraordinarily kind and helpful with suggestions and stayed late to help complete my purchase. A great and very easy experience
