After shopping online on Amazon and other online furniture stores and having no luck, my wife and I decided to travel to Ashley homestore and shop in person, and we're so glad we did. Our staff member was named Marcus and he was so polite and helpful! We found exactly what we wanted at a great price! They also honor online deals in-store, so be sure to shop around on their website before going in, as we were able to save over $150 buying our sofa.

Marcus was extremely helpful! Would work with him 10/10 times - gave great feedback on design and practicality of furniture! Will be back for sure!

Marcus treated us like family and was very very helpful. He wasn't pushy at all but was there when we needed him. We were indecisive on a purchase but Marcus had a lot of patience and worked with us to make a decision. Great deals for memorial day sales and other holidays so make sure you go during then. Still willing to work with you regardless of a sale.

Went there yesterday to find a living room set. Almost from the moment I walked in the door the sales lady (Carol) was like almost stalking me throughout the store trying to upsell me. I advised her to let me look around and I will get with her when I find something I like. But every time that I looked up in the store, there she was. It was almost like I felt I was being racially profiled. So much so that I left and ended up buying my living room set from The Dump.

Our sales person Marcus was great! We found exactly what we were looking for, he was knowledgeable about the product and efficient in getting everything done quickly.
