I wanted to switch my cellphone service to AT&T but was experiencing much difficulty in completing everything via the internet - language barriers, calls timing out, etc. I had visited the Morrow, GA store before but the employee couldn't solve my issues. After waiting a week or so I decided to return to the store and was met by Sinthia, an AT&T rep. She listened to me, determined the best action plan and solved everything within minutes. Great work Sinthia!

The customer service was awesome the lady who took care of me was very sweet and helpful she took her time to ensure I was pleased with my phone and even tho there was a few errors she still kept a positive attitude and I managed to walk out with a smile on my face because I got what I went in for.

I had a pleasant trip to the store. I went in to bring my number are over from another carrier. My visit was about as smooth as I’ve ever had in a phone store. The staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Especially Mr. Willie. Before I got there I wasn’t sure if I would even commit to spending money but the service was so nice I never second guessed it.

The service from the clerk was great but you have to wait so long to do business inside. I was there an hour and 20 minutes to change my phone service over from net10 to AT&T. I did leave until about 8: 20 and the store closes at 8 and people will still inside waiting to be serviced.

Sinthia was so horrible and rude! When I told her my concern, she said, "well what you want me to do? ". She awful! I just switched to At&t and I have had the worst experience with customer service this far. It seems people would put their customers first and try and help find a solution. This is not a good feeling. I plan to tell everyone about how terrible at&t service is.

The gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable. He took control of a situation that I have had for over a month with your stupid, time consuming, nonhelpful computer generated, set up you have for people who want to save money and be on prepaid phones. I would drive the extra miles from Villa Rica to have the employee I had today help me. People above me get need some direction.

I visited this location on the morning of Monday, 1/21/2019 and the morning of Monday, 1/28/2019. I received excellent, customer friendly service both times. I really appreciate their help. I got a great new phone, and a good back-up phone. The time they took to listen along with their product knowledge was definitely beneficial for me. Thanks ATT!

My experience here was ok could've been better! I did get the help I needed and the agent was very helpful, but the wait was ridiculous? Why did this place not have enough help and it was almost christmas? Unforgettable, and unacceptable!

Never want to deal with AT&T. They are the most expensive for less. Stick to what you have. Trust me.

Went in first thing in the morning right as they opened. Was immediately greeted by two different people. A gentleman named Sam helped me out. Got me my new upgraded phone and my Otterbox, even went into the back to try and find me an iPhone X dongle. Got in and out in about 30mins. Great service.

The wait time is outrageous! Either they need more staff or the ones they have need to be retrained so they can move faster with better knowledge and confidence.

This store is so unprofessional. I wanted to add a line to my account and they treated me like I was doing fraud! I had all my information to verify it was me but they still wouldn’t help me. I felt it was racially motivated because I’m African American. I never felt so disrespected in my life. Never will go back here and im thinking about switching my phone carrier!

Do not trust door-to-door reps. I had 3 door-to-door reps come and offer me stand alone internet for a great deal. It was a bold faced lie. My bill was over double what I quoted. Dealer code zxph8, office ID cvd95 is scamming people. Beware.

Mr. On at this location was great. He turned what was a horrible experience at the Fayetteville location into a very pleasant and easy process at this location. The guys here are very knowledgeable and professional will come back again for the upgrade. Thanks again On.

This location added insurances on devices without my consent. I would be careful as the sales people as incentivized to sell you as much as they can. I had denied it but the sales person still added it to our lines. It was few months before I realized it and calling AT&T won't work as they suggest I go to the store to dispute to get the credit back. Hope this will help someone.
