22I actually really liked the staff here. I usually dislike going into the stores because I feel like the reps always try to sale you and my bill always seem to increase drastically. But the team here are personable, they make sure they meet your needs (instead of forcing stuff on you) and they are very knowledgeable with warranties, promotions, phone releases, accessories, etc. I will be making this my home store for when I want to get new phones, accessories or add services to my account!
Terrible customer service. Walked in and employees looked at me like I was lost. The sales person told me I had to pay a down payment and "that's what I get for running around applying for things". Had the cash money in my pocket but he insisted that I pay with a major credit card. He wouldn't let me use my debit card. Bye bye AT&T.
