This is the best AT&T store around! Joey, the manager, is absolutely incredible and I would have given more than 5 stars if I could have. I had an issue and called corporate "Customer Care" or, as I have renamed it, "Customer? We Don't Care. " I then tried the store from which I had ordered the new phone. Both told me that the promotion I had received had never existed and had never been offered. And they each told me to consult the other - the store told me to call corporate and corporate told me to call the store.
Fortunately, I found Joey at the store on Traders Way, my HERO! He took care of the issue in about 3 minutes. I will never go to another store!

The staff here are incompetent. We ordered a new cell phone from this store and they were not competent enough to correctly order the phone. The phone was "parked", and when we called corporate AT&T they point the finger at the authorized retailer in this review. I call the retailer and they have the same excuse they always have, "im sorry I can't help you, its the system, corporate is the one that does everything"

No on can ever help, or take responsibility or put customer service in front. Just shut up, give us your money, and be happy seems to be AT&T's motto.

I Have a AT&T gift card, I went
to buy a Airpods, but they charged from my credit card, I just ask them return it and repay by the gift card. Their manager said if I wanna return anything I need to pay $10 service fee for their mistakes.

Very disappointed. I was told one thing when I open an account with them. Now my bill is not what I expected and I was mislead and they won't do anything about it. Not happy with AT&T and do not suggest them for service.

Went in to do a new phone and number. Could not give me service unless 800 phone cost and 87.00 month bill. No Thanks went down to the competition and got the phone and service cheaper per month

My phone stopped working due to my SIM card being damaged and tried speaking with a representative on the 800 number and after one hour and 20 minutes trying to fix the problem, I had to stop by the AT&T store location in Pooler. When I arrived there all the representatives were taking care of customers. After a short wait time, Joey reached out to help me. Not only did he get my phone fixed with a new SIM card, he also helped me with extra features and explained how to use them to improve my experience with my phone. He was very polite and knowledgeable! If I ever have any need for assistance I will always go see Joey and will recommend him to everyone that have any mobile service needs!

Initial info and transaction did not went well. I had to drive miles to a corporate store to get better assistance. Workers were friendly though.

If I could give this store a ZERO, I would. The store manager “Mia” was the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with in my life.

Smart mouth and a complete attitude. ATT corporate office should truly look at this person as “Manager” as she is far from even being an employee.

ZERO, ZERO, ZERO -

I would not recommend this store for any services at all. “Mia” should not be in the customer service business.

Do yourself a favor and just drive to the corporate store in Savannah. The workers in the store do not care about customer service, not to mention they all seem high. They need to focus on training their employees because none of them know how to do their job! 10 out of 10 would not recommend

Husband needed a new phone and Brian was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Helped transfer data from old phone to new with no issues. Would recommend this store!

Staff was very helpful, got a new phone, 4 stars due to took awhile to get checked out, took about an hour to get our phone.

The AT&T store in Pooler, GA was amazing! I gravely injured my phone at the beach. Jaimeson (like the whiskey, he said) immediately answered our questions, gave us our options, updated our very old plan, helped me pick a new phone suited to my wants and needs, and got me outfitted with appropriate accessories. He then helped transfer my data, all while helping two other customers and answering the phone. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were in and out in under an hour with every thing in ship shape condition. Thank you!

The public area is clean and well lit. The woman who helped me was polite and knowledgeable. She explained my options so I could make an informed decision.

We went to the Pooler, GA location. It has been the best costumer service my wife and I hace ever had in AT&T and we have been to a lot of them. Our costumer service lady Ali was simply the best. Knowledgeable, polite and gave us lots of options.

I absolutely love this store. The staff is always friendly and professional. If someone is unsure about resolving my problem, they take the time to find the answer. I prefer them over dialing 611 from my phone any day! Nia was my service provider today and she exceeded my expectations! Thank you all for making customers your priority.

I’ve visited the store after working 13 hours on my feet. Jamison was very professional and amazing to work with. Set me up with a new phone updated my iPad and actually save me money on my bill. Visiting here from Virginia Beach. Wish this guy worked in my area.

Stay away! The young lady there decided not to disclose the 100 dollar internet installation fee. I called the 1800 number and they said there is no installation fee and that I should have had a choice at the store to choose self installation or have a tech come out. I was never given this choice. Be sure to know exactly what they are getting you into; they clearly do not know what they are doing at this store.

Best in-store experience ever. Salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful! I was so lucky to have picked this store and Ron two days ago and return today to setup new phone!
