AT&T Store, Hinesville GA

Christine was working at this location when we arrived right before closing time, she went above and beyond to take care of a Soldier recently coming back from an overseas assignment trying to get his account restarted. She was patient, provided multiple options at various pay scales, and sent us on our way with all issues resolved with the account. Truly outstanding customer service!

I recently converted from Iphone to Samsung which was a huge transition for me. With the help of Representative Flo Schubert it was a smooth transition. The representative Flo at Store 552 really took the time to explain to me the difference between Iphone and Samsung. I highly recommend him for service because Flo has natural patience and makes the process easy and delightful. I personally will only see Flo for any future needs that I might have because I know that I can count on him for exceptional customer service.

I visited this store this morning and I have to say wow. I walked in and was greeted by Christine. I said I was just looking and she said ok. I then asked where the cases were for an iPhone se 2020. Christine took me to them and I started looking. I then asked Christine what the difference was between two different brands of cases. She took the time to explain them to me. She took the cases out to show me them physically. She even let me out the phone in the case to try it! Christine knew what she was talking about. I researched a little before I went and she was spot on. She went above and beyond to help me. I asked her about the 20 percent off online. She said she’d give it to me. I highly recommend this store! Very professional and helpful!

Went to this store once more for a purchase of an ipad pro and the staff was very wonderful and explain all i needed to know, also this store has a great manager and i will continue shopping here and referring family and friends, thanks to you guys

Every since the first day I went into this AT&T on General Screven way, I have been given nothing but the utmost respect. The staff here is very friendly and they make you feel like you are the most important person while they are helping you. They genuinely have your best interest at heart. They don’t shuck and jive you or give you the run around. They are great at making you feel welcome u like some stores I have been in. They ladies that work there are amazing. I will keep coming to them for everything that I can for my phone needs,

Christine is wonderful. She worked hard to get us the best deal. She took the time to compare plans to make sure it fit our budget. If you want a new phone or want upgrade a phone she is the one to see.

Christine helped us and was amazing. We walked in about 30 minutes before closing but that did not change the amount of help we were given. She was the only one there, and about 10 minutes after we walked in, another couple walked in. She handled both of us with ease and a pleasant smile. She was extremely friendly and made every effort to assist. My phone started to spazz out after set up and she stayed with me well after close and helped me contact Apple support. I would definitely recommend her!

Hands down the best cellular retail store I’ve ever been too. It was not at all busy, was helped right away by very knowledgeable staff. I walked in as a t-mobile customer and left an at&t customer. They knew what they were talking about and answered any questions I had about the company and the new iPhone I got. Great sense of humor and acted like humans and not store robots. Would recommend this store to all.

Great service. I just moved up here with my husband who is in the army and Bradley had so much patience with us trying to get our internet set up and helped us get the best deal possible. He should definitely be a manager. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced!

This is by far a better AT&T store than the corporate store on Oglethorpe. The service here was pleasant and the store members were helpful and friendly! Bradley was great. This man needs to be moved up to the district manager position!

I went to this at&t cause the other one was a scam and they lied. But I got to this at&t and they were very helpful I got a lot of discount and they answered a lot of questions. Better than the other at&t by far.

The staff has great customer service. I recieved my phone in two days of being ordered. I recieved discounts through my employer I didn't know I could get until i was told about them by the employee.

Had a great experience this is the third time I have been in this store for some reason it felt different. I see that the store have a new manager. There're a difference atmosphere there like new life. The employees seam most willing to help you and offer you more item for sle instead of just what you can in the store for the eger to point out deal and promo that att is offering. Again thank you K.
