24After turmoil with my phone plan, this store researched and resolved ALL of my issues. They will literally be there for 2 hours helping you if they have to! The employees are VERY high spirited, down to earth, and mannerable. The store has a great vibe to it. My residence isn't too far from this store, which makes it VERY convient. A special shout out to Aaron for always assisting me with my phone needs and being very proficient at his job. THIS IS THE "GO-TO" STORE!
I came into the att store extremely frustrated with the Corporate store they created a bogus business account under my name and me and my wife phones were cut off while he was in the field we are a Hispanic military family we don't know much about the area. Cierra& Nakita was very helpful in getting our problems resolved we are very grateful for them we won't be going to any other att location again
Wow, I can't believe how amazing the service was from beginning to end. They greeted me warmly with a smile and a handshake. They were professional yet personable which made me feel like I was a member of some big ATT family lol. KC is literally a God send they need to clone millions of her and put her in every retail store in America. I can't thank you guys enough for helping me with my situation and I'm an advocate for this store now.
After not so pleasant experience when we tried to switch to AT&T, Nakita and Cierra where able to fix everything with the account and phones. Definitely great customer service experience. Definitely satisfied with the service and will recommend them to everyone.
