Relatively short wait as this store is always hopping. Good parking, but when waiting list gets too long you have to wait outside in the Georgia heat. Whew

I was a little frustrated after leaving a pilot ATT store in Duluth Highway that is in need of a customer service 101 refresh so I decide to come to a corporate location. I was greeted curbside by the manager of this location along with a rep Kaleb who both happily assisted me with my phone case and screen protector needs. It was refreshing to experience excellent customer service and quality products! Thank You!

Worst Experience Ever. Let me elaborate. Management and staff has changed 4 times over the past 3 weeks due to COVID-19. I started a new business account and ordered 3 new iPhones. One was not in stock, so I ordered the phone, the phone was to be delivered on 7/13, it is now 7/28 and I have gotten literally 5 different stories on why the phone has not been received yet. Come to find out the latest story is that the phone was shipped back and has to be reordered. The original rep also OVERCHARGED me in order to get a higher commission not honoring any of the discounts I was supposed to receive. Charging me FULL PRICE for the ported lines. This is a tactic used to get higher commission that causes the customer stress and having to call and request the discounts be applied afterwards. The rep HAND WROTE the discounts on the receipt. I have also been back in the store 5 times now to pick up the ghost phone. I get a different story every time and the staff yesterday was especially rude. My husband/business partner had spoken with one staff member a few days prior about the MIA phone and I knew his name, hairstyle, build etc.he approached me while I was speaking with another rude rep and I started speaking to him about the missing phone issue and he said. "It wasn't me, plus I'm off the clock" and walked away in the middle of my sentence. The staff is CLUELESS, the management did not keep his word to follow up about my lost phone, and I also received a bill already that is 3x the amount I was quoted due to the shenanigans of the rep trying to get a higher commission. I WISH I NEVER MOVED MY BUSINESS TO AT&T.

Customer service is very poor. I felt rushed to get my phone, rather than my questions and concerns answered thoroughly. They are more concerned about commission than customer service. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Tiffany was so awesome and she gave good advice she helped me fully understand my phone she have a unique way to helping customers best decision coming to this store

ATT rep showed no interest in customer service. All he wanted to do was sell the most expensive solution possible, and this same attitude is present at every store I’ve ever been in. And the rep refused to wear a mask, even though customers were required to wear one before being allowed entry. When asked why, he said he didn’t believe the virus existed and that masks weren’t necessary. 100,000 dead, and he’s being completely irresponsible and endangering me and my family.

Just walked in to this place. Needed a stylus. Not approached by one employee or asked at any point if I need help. 7pm, open until 9, maybe the store is but not these employees.

I got a great deal on a phone

customer service was top notch and the AT&T service so far with the phone is better than Verizon T-Mobile and Sprint

I highly recommend AT&T.

Take your money somewhere else and you will have also spare time to eat lunch and meet genuine people.
Fake, pushy employees and customer service for them is ignorance.

Horrible. Never go to this place. It’s alwaya been bad but even worse now. Came in to buy a phone, and only a phone. They try to sell me AirPods, case, screen protector, charging station. Lost the opportunity on the phone b/c I walked out. Told me it was their “job” to offer me all the other stuff.

This place is an extremely busy location. After signing in, you can see on a monitor your place in line. The sales rep who waited on us was quick to give us the answers we needed. I am kind of big on aesthetics. With that said, the store could use a little cleaning.

Racial discrimination! My boyfriend came to get a replacement phone and they guy kept saying he can’t do it. He kept starring at him funny and kept saying he don’t do anything that my boyfriend asked! This is disgusting. RUDEEEEE

First off the waiting line here is really long. I would come into this store and wait for half an hour long just to be serve. They would charge me $5 just to talk with a worker here when they are helping me. Honestly this is the worst place ever, I would never go here ever again.

Try to hire some proffered trainned sales reps in the store guy name Marcelo and the lady name yuli there don’t knw hw to behave to customers atleast a smile and say hi hw r u they behavior was so rude and not even time to answer to the customers I waited here for almost 20 mins and not have a time to take care of the customers if will help u to lose the customers and move people form at&t i came here to take three connections and also connection for my store internet tv and data but i am so sorry and wake up from here t mobile and xifinity is 100 times better first u hire some one who is professional
