24Went to this store and upgraded a phone and gave all out all the account information and less than 24 hours later the account had been fraudulently access and the account information was taken to Walmart where they took out 2 new iPhone 10's on my account and charged them to my account and both of my phones were disabled. The only thing I did was go into this store and someone inside the store stole the account information.
Went here to buy an iPhone X. The guy that helped me was amazing. I will definitely be visiting this location when I buy something else. Great great service. The location was kept in order and clean. The bathroom was really clean too.
Horrible service! Waste of time just go to another store if possible. After waiting for 15 minutes a guy named Mauricio approached us, asked what we needed and obtained our account info. He sat quietly for nearly 5 minutes tapping away on his tablet then got up and said I'll be back no explanation, no nothing. 10 minutes went by and we decided to leave, before doing so we approached the manager her name is Yuli or Yuri cant remember exactly the point is upon explaining our discontent to her she didn't appologize or nothing just said who was helping you out and gave me a clueless look. Again, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
They have there way insulting way in selling. I made a purchase 3 days ago and I was ok and got the internet and universe for my home. I went back on Saturday and has the most rudest sale associate ever. I purchased the phone but I have every intention in going back to speak with the manager personally. I spend my dollars I will choice who I want to assist me from this point forward.
