23Had to wait over an hour just to get a SIM card that took less the a minute. Ridiculous service.
The representative that helped me was named Dee and she was very helpful and she took care of everything for me. She was also friendly and seemed to have a great personality.
Wonderful service and great personalities.
They worked out every issue and I could not be more pleased! Kia and Mgr. Terry were fabulous!
Jessica gave excellent customer service. She was great! I recommend speaking with her, she was very thorough explaining billing details. I greatly appreciate the customer service given from Jessice!
Worst customer service experience - ever. I waited 50 minutes in a line where everyone was taken ahead of me (new iPhone out) because I only had a technical issue. If that wasn’t bad enough, the very rude man that was designated to help me was so rude and kept leaving to go to a back room to do something. After waiting for him AGAIN, I knocked in the door he was in - you would’ve thought I stabbed a baby. I then had three employees verbally attack me. I’ve contacted customer support about this awful store.
I just want to say THANK YOU SOO MUCH Charmane (sorry if I spelled it wrong), Dee, Kim, Juan, Tiana & the rest of the staff here! They were great at making sure my problems got fixed or figuring out just the little things on my bill that I didn’t understand. They never did get frustrated with me even coming in months after months asking the same question and that’s what I love the most about this team. No matter how big or small it seemed to me they always had a great attitude on helped me every step of the way until was resolved! If you need honesty, great customer service and your problems RESOLVED this is the BEST AT&T store to come to. Promise

The manager literally closed the door on my face. Didn’t bother to explain why they were closing early. Changed my mind to switch to At&T
Super understaffed and poor atmosphere. The whole time we were here there were alarms shrieking. Go elsewhere.
We went in having to get two new phones and switch around three phones, and Dee was so helpful and patient with us and got everything set up easily! Made a normally stressful process so simple
Atrocious customer service. Wait times and actual service are absent at best. And employees could care less if you are there or not
Service is okay, but they haven't been able to get my bill right for 4 months in a row. They're always trying to charge more than what I signed up for. I never thought I would say this, but I'm going back to Comcast as soon as I can.

Worst customer service. They do not sign customers in as they enter the store. No regard for your time or your business.
This place really deservers no starts at all. Their customer service is terrible when you walk in no one acknowledges you and when you try to ask for assistance no one is ever available but you see them not helping customers just sitting on their tablets and they never answer their store phone. When they do pick up the store phone it's just to hang it up without answering the customer on the other end of the line. I wouldn't attempt to go to them and spend my money.
Not enough people to service customers, it takes several minutes for anyone to a knowledge you after you walk in the door. After that service is OK
Absolutely useless visit - went in with questions and was told to call DirecTV. Called DirecTV while at ATT Store and was told to call ATT. Why bother trying to do business with either organization. All I wanted was to consolidate my ATT bill and my DirecTV bill without losing any of my promotional pricing.
Great customer service, long wait but is worth it, they helped me backup all my information from my broken iPhone and they were able to transferred everything into my new devise. I really appreciate y’all service, keep up the good work.
This staff on today December the 5th was very unprofessional and do not communicate well with customers Tone and attitude are terrible.

Store is fine for purchases. Although, support is terrible over the phone and in the store. No one seems to know what's going on when you have an issue.
