23No customer service at all. I walked in having every intention to buy a new phone the three reps just there playing on their phones. No one acknowledge at all, it's like they didn't want make eye contact so I wouldn't ask for assistance. Take my advice go to the stores in Dacula or Buford you are treated so much better.
Walked in and Terry fixed my husband’s iPhone 8plus that had frozen since last night. It was less than 5 minutes and we back out the door. The iPhone is working as normal and expected. Great service, clean environment, devices to try, wonderful, friendly staff, and overall great experience.
I walked in here and wasn’t even acknowledged not a hi welcome, not a I’ll be right with you nothing. I came up to a rep and he told me he didn’t work in sales that id have to wait on someone to be through. As I’m looking around two reps are just having conversations while setting up new phones, as someone who has worked in this type of Industry I know that you can set up phones and help people at the same time or at least say hi. I’m very disappointed and will never come here again.
