Big Lots, Smyrna GA

I was looking for string/rope/twine to hang a banner and Big Lots didn't have it in stock. But they took me to the front of the store and cut what I needed from the box of twine they use to secure customers large purchases. They went above and beyond to help me solve a problem!

Good place to check out for cheap, but good quality, household products and seasonal decorations.

The manager took the time to offer me a basket, noticing my hands were full. Then he went and got a basket for me.

Clean organized and more people there to assit than I've seen at any other Big Lots location! Great customer Service and well stocked merchandise. The people here cared about their building in the customers in it.

Some good workers but sometimes they have old stuff in freezers and on shelf. So watch your dates and give it to the workers letting them know its expired stuff sometimes they might put it back on the shelf. Expired products can kill people and make them real sick if consumed.
