I recently had to use both Coolray and Mr. Plumber. (same company- different services) Both experiences were 110%. All employees knowledgeable, on time, courteous and completed the tasks at hand in a timely and complete manner. I will continue to use them, as i have now for several years.

Angelo was very friendly and knowledgeable and very professional in his work. His professionalism and knowledge is A+ and makes me a happy Coolray customer.

Mr. Derek was very polite, he apologized for not making in the time frame that was told to me. Which I would like to say your WHOLE team kept me in the loop. When he got here he didn't talk down to us. Did not try to make us feel little or dumb for not knowing some things. He took care of the issue fast and even allowed the kids to just be kids! Thank you for this guy. He made our day and the house cooler. HAHAHA

I have used Coolray twice for HVAC issues (two different houses). They responded to my request for an appointment quickly, the tech called on the appointed day with an ETA and was polite and efficient. We will definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service! I had a problem with my HVAC unit. My regular maintenance service call was a week away, but they were able to move it up so I did not have to pay the emergency service call fee! Very friendly telephone conversation and helpful!

Their response time is exemplary and most of the technicians explain what they are doing and why. I do get the feeling like there’s a bit of an upsell going on with them at times—possibly because they are techs and not sales people. But they are reputable and seem to care about my comfort levels in my home. They installed and maintain my $20k+ Carrier AC system. They offered the best price for HVAC out of the 13 price quotes I got from all brands and installers for the best system.

Had to wait all day for them to come out - but I had called after 7p on a Friday after getting home and my a/c being out and they put me on "standby". Wound up fitting me in at 5p on Saturday. Technician was very knowledgeable and thorough and did a great job getting our unit up and running again. Reasonable fee for the Saturday call and for the repair.

Recommended by a close friend, this company was efficient and professional from start to finish. They came out within 24 hours of my call and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The tech was so well prepared that he didn't even have to shuffle between the back yard unit and his truck. He had everything he needed in his backpack. All in all, a stressful issue with our AC turned painless. Thanks Coolray!

I was blown away by Coolray's commitment to make it right despite some challenges I never could have predicted with my unit. Special recognition well earned by Supervisor Chase and Wayne in financing. Everyone on the team was always laser focused on customer satisfaction. An amazing, rare, and reassuring experience all around. Best ever! I am a customer for life!

After 3 days with no AC we called Coolray to have our unit serviced. Our AC tech came out, spent about 20 minutes and told me that all I needed to do was replace my air filer (which I had just done 1 week prior). Fast forward 1 week: our AC once again is not pumping cold air. The service was rushed, and I am out $80, which went to pay for someone telling me that I needed to change my air filter. This has been such a disappointment in the hot summer nights. Shame on you, Coolray.

I have not always been thrilled with the technician that Cool Ray has sent my way, but Durel was AWESOME. He did such a thorough maintenance inspection and uncovered two potential future problems. He replaced parts to keep my system running without a hitch. He was professional and courteous. I had been contemplating ending my partnership with CoolRay, but Durel restored my confidence. He said that he has only been with the company for a month.congrats on hiring such a great technician!

I had an Infinity series variable speed heat pump installed in July 2018. Two installers removed the old equipment and installed the new system in a day. I am totally satisfied with their work and the system works great. It holds temperature within a half degree and does an excellent job controlling humidity. The air handler runs at reduced speed once the temperature approaches the thermostat setting. There are no drafts and the system is silent.

Excellent service by our Coolray technician. Our AC unit is now running efficiently and quietly. We will definitely have them return for service on our HVAC system in the fall. Highly recommend this company.

These guys are amazing! We had an electrical problem, they came out the day of, gave us a fair estimate, and was able to complete the work in half a day. I recommend them to anyone!

Update: I was able to work with the owner of Coolray and we reached an amicable agreement regarding an issue that I had with my AC unit repair. Coolray was very professional and the owner was willing to work with me and personally investigate the issue on their side.
