Ms. Pam helped me out. She was amazing. The staff moved quickly and efficiently through the line without sacrificing customer service.

The day will be sweet, when this company will be bought out from Xfinity. This location is no different, lady does not go through the process and terms and conditions with you; they just want those sweet sweet clams in your card. (Excuse my sweet terminology, I am pretty hangry for food). Anyways, avoid. Go to AT&T unless you like having a 2 year contract whose price significantly goes up thoughout that time.

Reiterating many of the previous reviews, Cox charges a high price for their heavy packet loss service. Avoid them at all costs if you can. If you remember a company from a decade or two ago that seemed reliable, that company is gone now. What we have here is a mess.

We had Cox "high speed" internet service for 10 years, with no options for competitive service or rates. The price for internet only service has risen a significant amount over the years, with zero consideration for customer loyalty. Their charges are high for service that is consistently inconsistent. When we were finally able to get a different provider, we did so. Windstream wireless has more dependable service, with unlimited data, for a more reasonable cost. When I shut Cox services off, I asked them to send the final bill in the mail. Here it is, about a month later, and I have received the final bill.from a collection agency. If you have a choice of providers, I would strongly recommend choosing someone other than Cox.

Internet service is always shoddy.customer service line does nothing but a remote modem reset and then that never works so they ask you to unplug the modem yourself. This might work for a little while, but the problem just keeps continuing. No one offers any other solutions. Just sad, because we pay a LOT for one of the better internet bundle plan with Cox. Guess they don't really care because they get THEIR money.

If the rest of Cox was like the Cox Store, I might still be a Cox Customer.so glad that Windstream Kinetic Fiber Gig UNLTD is now available. Cox has had their monopoly far too long

Paying 156$ a month for a gig internet and I am lucky to get 1.5MBs. I have tried to fix this several times through the online chat, over the phone and technician appointments. No fixes.only robbery.yall better off using your hotspot.

Absolute garbage. If I could give a zero review I would. They run you around the ringer and promise promotions that will never actually be applied. Then they sneakily up your bill without informing you and then when you ask why they run you around the ringer again.

Also the internet is slow. I'm pretty sure I would have better download speeds with smoke signals or a carrier pigeon.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Reps were professional but service is too poor at ALL times. Service continuously drops and now my service isn't working at all. Service went out on Fri night but I have to wait until the 17th which is five days later to get a technician out. My kids do virtual learning now they have to miss four days of school and could possibly fail with midterms coming out. Will be terminating services ASAP when they open on Monday. Totally unacceptable

Customer service had me on the phone for an hour and a half passing me from person to person to finally just hanging up on me without resolving the issue.the sales reps will convince you to save money by bundling but not tell you about all the hidden fees which end up being like $30 more than the quote. Also unexplained charges will randomly show up on your bill if you dont pay close attention to it and when addressed, cant be explained. Customer service was cowardice and just avoided the issue by simply hanging up the phone after 90 mins of wasted time.

Signed up with cox a year ago, was told we were not under ANY kind of contract. Went in today to disconnect services because of orders to another base. They said it was going to be $400 termination fee. After a week several phone calls still no resolution to the matter.

Just about a 25 minute wait because customers were lined up about 15 deep when I arrived. Their sign in box was not working, they had someone taking down customers name, and were continously trying to get it working. Customer Service Staff were very efficient and friendly.

Scott Hutchens, he was awesome! He listened to my needs, he took the time to research the best deal for me, and he sold me a great plan at a great price. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, very satisfied! Go there and ask for him. Excellent Customer Service!

Just moved my daughter from Knoxville to Warner Robins and had to open a CATV and internet account. They were world class. Jennifer was very professional & courteous. Very fast and smooth transition. We’ll see how effective the service is over time.

Business internet went down and we were told that it would take 2 days for a service tech to come out. Horrible customer service! Service tech names Murray was clueless. We realized he was working on our digital phones and not the internet. What a joke.

While the customer service tech agent is very polite on the phone, he was unable to tell me if there would or wouldn't be a $75 fee for a tech to come out to figure out why I suddenly have no internet in my new apartment (after 3 weeks of the internet working w/o a hitch). I told him to keep his tech. He offered me another service "complete home" for $10/mo.for a min.of 3 mos.that would cover the same issue. I don't understand why I have to pay this, just for the capability to pay them my money each month. I don't own this apartment, yet cox says I would have to pay for them to repair wires that are in the walls? Most other repairs would fall to the landlord, but not coax cable, I suppose! I think this is robbery. If I am unable to get things running properly on my own (avoiding a preposterous fee), I will pay for this first month, and cancel my service. I have unlimited data on my cell, and can tether my other devices. I can also DL entertainment and such over free wi-fi, rendering the over priced self important cox communications unnecessary. I am highly insulted, that companies think they can get a monopoly in certain areas (AT&T is not available here), then think I (and the rest of the intelligent citizens in the area) am not smart enough to see where they are padding the bill with wackadoo charges.

Honestly the worst you call CS and they tell you something totally different once you get to there store it’s not true really it’s not worth the money ad time we spend always having problems with there service. Just hate it they should really improve in all aspects.
