CONSTANTLY losing my internet only to be told there's an outage in my area and wait till a specified time! Then my service is never restored at specified time or even HOURS AFTER said time!

Absolutely the worst service and customer service I've had from an internet provider. They did not provide the internet speed I purchased for 2 years. Averaged 10 mb per sec on a 100 mb services. They blamed routers and computers which was not the case. Also, extremely rude customer service and incompetent with very inconsistent information. Would recommend any other option for internet services.

Ecstatic AT&T now provides service in the area. Couldn't be happier change. Maybe now that Cox doesn't have a monopoly they will wake up.

Haven't even had the service connected yet and I'm already not happy. It took 2 weeks just to get an appt for set up "due to the address not being in the system" when it finally got on the system and I got an appt they called me that day at the time they were suppossed to be there saying we dont have a tech so we have to reeschedule for next week (seriously) but then they were able to schedule for the next day from 8-10 they called me again that morning at 9 saying the techs have a meeting so we have to change the time to 10-12 like hello people have jobs! If it wasn't because this is the only cable company in the area I will not get their services.completely unprofessional.
