E. Smith is an incredible company! We purchased a new unit from them almost 4 years ago and when Tommy came out today to service our unit, he was polite, friendly, safe and went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service! He explained everything and I was grateful for his wealth of knowledge. It is so wonderful to have people Ike Tommy who are so professional and kind to help you, especially now. E. Smith is a very caring and customer oriented company. I will make sure to ask for Tommy on our next service check and I'm confident that if we have any problems before then, they will rectify them. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work or maintenance! Outstanding service!

After several visits to repair old system, we decided to purchase a new upgraded system. Sales response was timely with multiple options. Our choice was installed in a timely fashion and operational after a one-day installation.

We have been customers of E. Smith Heating and Air since 1980. They have always been professional and responsive with all our heating and air needs. This is the second complete Carrier system that we have installed at our present home. Our monthly bills are quite reasonable for a large house with two 3 ton systems. We have always had the annual maintenance plan and had our systems inspected twice a year. We depend on E. Smith for fair pricing and keeping our systems working properly in our home. We would highly recommend E. Smith Heating and Air.

We're very happy with the new HVAC system (Carrier Infinity), the value, and the level of service from E. Smith. The initial installation wasn't perfect (it was a more complex job than the installers expected, and they probably should have allowed for more time), but the Installation Manager (Robert B.) listened to my concerns and personally came out to inspect the installation - and then he brought a crew out to fix everything that wasn't perfect the first time. It works great now and I have no concerns about the installation.

Great company. Can’t say enough about them in all categories. The improvement in my HVAC in my upstairs makes me wish the units had died earlier. Still have another unit that will eventually need replacing and will be calling them for it.

The folks at E. Smith were very professional and did not try to up sale. The service folks arrived on time and completed the job on time. The new system works great and very quiet! Happy with the result and no issue recommending them to family and friends.

Same day he send Joel, the technician and fix it at no charge. That's unbelievable service! 5 stars! Called E. Smith Heating and Air out to diagnose why our upstairs AC unit kept shutting off and why the furnace pan kept filling up. Nathan was fantastic and was able to confirm the AC unit is functioning fine, it's a drainage issue. Very knowledgeable, knew exactly what he was doing and what to look for the entire time he was here. Highly recommend, and would use again in a heartbeat!
