The staff almost seem irritated when you walk through their door for service. The most basic service takes well over one hour. This is a common occurrence every visit. Poor customer service.

Had an appointment for rotation and alignment. I was quoted about an hour to have this done. It ended up taking 1 hour, 45 minutes. This seems like an awful long to rotate 4 tires, balance and alignment. My appointment was at 12: 00 and I got there at 11: 45, but they didn't look at my car until 12: 40 and then they were done at 1: 30. If I was a walk-in, I would understand having to wait for them to get me in, but scheduling an appointment didn't seem to save any time.

First off called on my way home from work and Service Manager Mr. Michael Jones said if I came in around 4 they could take care of my rear brakes. Got there at 4: 20 did what he did to see if he could fit me in and not leave vehicle overnight. Lou the technician explained both scenarios to me regarding repair with no pressure. Then because I was a return customer showed me some appreciation with a modest discount. Have to say service and attention to my repairs have been more than satisfactory.

Took a flat tire to get fixed.they repaired it put it back on and put spare tire back in its place. I asked how much. They said no charge. They said they dont charge for plugging a tire. Very friendly. Wow.

The men there were very helpful, I was supposed to get a tire rotation but they forgot to do it and I was unhappy with the fact that I waited for over an hour when I was told half an hour. The men were still helpful though so they tried to make it up.

Came in 2 hours before close with a blown trailer tire and messed up spare. Despite having the tire I needed they refused to help me with the ten minute job. I'll never darken the doorway of another Kaufman Tire again.pure garbage.

Seem like my car drives worse after most of my visits here. I come in for a simple Balance and Rotation, and as soon as I drive off the parking lot my tire pressure light turns on and when i drive and accellerate i get massive vibrations that were not there before so I have to come back a few more times before they get it fixed. What a joke.

The service is terrible! After being told the wait was 30 minted, we waited three hours to be told our fairly new tire could not be fixed, and they didn’t have a replacement. As we waited, they kept telling us our car was next. We watched three cars go before ours. The service man that brought our car back was very rude. I will never give them another dime. I was not the only unhappy customer in their waiting area.

The manager (justin) talks to you like your a p.o. S. The other guys are awsome an really listens an helps.

They are great everyone that works there is very attentive and honest prices are great I have been taking my car there for service for about 12 years now and I have never left there disappointed keep up the great work

I had an emergency when the passenger-side windshield wiper that snapped loose from its housing during heavy rain. I stopped in the parking lot of this Mavis to ask if they could help me. A young man immediately stopped what he was doing and came over to check out the problem. He called over another man named Willis and they were able to disconnect the passenger wiper so that I could continue driving until a complete repair could be scheduled. This was more difficult than it sounds as it required opening the hood, removing part of the mechanism, then closing the hood again to remove the rest. This took about 15 minutes and both technicians stood in the rain the entire time. They were very courteous and extremely helpful but refused to accept any money for their efforts. All in all, a great experience that allowed me to continue with my very busy day.

Alignment on my 93 ford ranger they told me one hour went to Wal-Mart came back after one hour truck was inside but looked like no one was working on it another half hour then they lifted it for the alignment been here two other times in the past with two different vehicles and no problems never coming here again been waiting two hours now

Went to Kaufmans to get two new tires, left with busted airbags and them telling me that they are not liable. Worst choice of customer cosumption of any service in my 47 years

Staff are very helpful. I appreciate their price match policy. Always frustrated when they tell my my car needs additional repairs that my trusted mechanic tells me are unnecessary. I go to Kauffman for tires and wheels stuff not other stuff.

Good service but this day alignment machine was broken and they had to send off for an oil filter for my car. I ended up waiting longer for service that was incomplete. I was told that I would get a call when the alignment machine was fixed.as of 8 days no call.

Great tires at a great price! Everyone was so nice Chris, at the buford location, was so great, he treated me like family! I would definitely reccommend this place!
