I can't wait until our local and state governments stop protecting companies like Windstream from the hatred of their customers and allow some competition in. I will be on the first boat away from this sinking ship, taking as many people as I can with me.

Would've gave them zero stars if it would have let me. Customer No service representatives were rude, confrontational, and argumentative to customers. Such a disgrace to the company they represent.
