Ordered something online. It was cancelled when i got there. Was never alerted. The guy in appliances didn't seem too thrilled to help as well.

Left AND went to brandsmart she spent 600$ in 5 minutes. ‍️

Ok.finally I am not coming back here. I live within walking distance of this store and even before the pandemic I always asked myself why I kept coming back here. But I went 3 times during the pandemic and always said I would never return here and just drive to Home Depot in the future. But I kept wanting it to get better, but unfortunately it just keeps getting worse. Many of the employees there even act like you are bothering them if you try and ask them for help. There are some employees there that act like they care, but they are overworked. Like many in the surrounding neighborhoods, we really want to like this place, but it is impossible to do so. Management needs to not just hire bodies to fill positions if they are going to act like being there is the last place on earth they want to be. It's really sad and not sure what they can do but limit their hours if they can't provide basic service or just close and let a store who values customer service take over this spot. And don't get me started on all the other things wrong about this store concerning stocking of the shelves. Just sad and I feel for the employees who work there that actually care about their customers. Looks like new management is in order here.

I placed my order for mulch online at 11: 00 and it was ready by 12: 00. Pulled right into curbside checkout and my order was in my car within 10 minutes. Plus, the guy that brought my order out show me how my dashboard phone holder thing worked because I couldn't figure it out!

Waited 15 minutes for help with a price, after I found an employee to call for help. Resolved fine. Same problem as all other retail - either can't find people to work or cutting back on hours.

Horrible experience. Ordered a refrigerator from here and was given 3 different delivery dates. The delivery never showed up! Finally found out they ended up selling the one in stock that I paid for to someone else. They still haven’t bothered to reach to explain or issue a refund. I went to visit to complain and the customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Management is non existent which trickles down to the associates. They were rude and didn’t even want to help. I waited for over an hour and left store with no resolution: I ended up calling corporate to finally get assistance.

I had a curbside pickup I called 3 times upon arrival and no answer so I had to go Inside.once I went in I waited 5 mins to be acknowledged and helped.

Friendly but unknowledgeable staff.
I wasted a lot of time here, walking isles, being sent in the wrong direction several times.

I ended up finding the product I needed but only after digging behind on the shelf myself and finding misplaced merchandise.

Massive waste of time.

I would give a zero if possible. Ordered a new refrigerator from the Edgewood ATL location. The delivery people removed the doors of the fridge (with my tools, since the don't carry their own), but could not reinstall them. They left me with pieces, unassembled. Calls back to Lowes went unanswered. Corporate customer service helped me schedule a return trip to reinstall the doors, but no one ever showed. I had to reinstalled the doors myself. Beware of this store.

Worst service ever on earth i bought a pallet of block amd they never loaded me up i went like 5 times to ask them for a forklift and never showed up they ignored me and after that a lady told me just go amd get a refound so i did that ant they also took forever so i lost two hours and got nothing

Classic big box home improvement store. I found everything I needed. The crew was helpful and professional. The story was clean and well stocked. Normal check out time.

Love it. Their always so helpful and sweet as iced tea. Just bought a new home. So this will be our home away from home lol

There were a lot of customers and only two cashiers, it seems like they could have stopped it much better!

Great prices. I needed to cancel an orser and I was sent to many different departments and people took my whole lunch break trying to cancell by phone. The last person I spoke to was rude and hung up on me while I was still talking. My problem was rectified when my mom when to cancell in store.
I'll still shop here

Top notch experience. If you need assistance shop here. If you want to float around the store for hours go somewhere else. Excellent customer service experience

It's alright. They have what most people would need. The lines aren't ever super long, but when I ask for a propane tank it took a little long for the guy to come out and get it for me, I had to go inside and remind them to get one. But everything else was fine.

I had to buy some turf and it was great price
I also had help from the associate to load it in my car. He just helped as a full circle service.

I was greeted upon entering the store not by the Custmer Service people nearest the door, but a sales associate. I felt welcomed. That same associate ran into me on a aisle & asked if I needed help.

Love Lowe's and if you sign up for the military card you get a 10% discount every time you shop if your prior military I don't really discharge

Lowe's on Carolina Street in Atlanta had what I was looking for and had very good customer service you can find up associate that work there and they were pleasant at the register much better than Home Depot
