If you know what you want and know where it is they're OK. Customer service is not a priority except for a select few. Don't believe their online system if it shows something in stock, only accurate about half the time at best.

Typical Lowe's minus any kind of available help if you need it. I was told by an employee that it was due to the staff basically being part time now and not really caring if you need help or not.

Lowes in general is fine but this store is the worst I've ever seen. Nothing says we don't give a damn about our customers like having 2 registers open on a Friday and Saturday when contractors And homeowners are trying to do business! Seriously! WTH?

Was guaranteed by an associate that my building material would be delivered by a set time and date, found out the morning of that was a lie and that lowes has no idea when the delivery scheduled are. Needless to say I now have to pay out labor for nothing. Tried to speak with a manager with no luck.

Yup one star.you dont belive me, give customer service a call and ask if they have an item in stock.hahaahahhah

They had some difficulty locating a price for the birdbath. One of the employees stepped up and figured out what to do. Nice to have an empowered staff

Need more checkout lanes open or install self checkout kiosks. Saturdays are too busy to only have three lanes open.

There is no one to help you. Concrete mixers on the upper shelf cannot be reached associate walks in and see two of us struggling to get concrete off the upper shelf turns around looks at us and walks away. Lowe's is consistently a second-rate store.

Very poor customer service, and employees cannot answer simple questions. Comming to Lowes is becomming a headache. Much better sevice and bigger selection at HomeDepot.

Seems to be the only place in this part of town where you can find a candelabra base lamp socket at 8 on a Saturday night! Thanks.

I already don't like Lowe's but this place is horrible. Staff is not knowledgeable and there's no hope of getting an answer if you call the store. If you do you'll be put on hold for 10+ minutes for a simple question. This place is unprofessional. I avoid going there if at all possible even though it's closer to me than Home Depot.

They do not answer the phone, just make u press buttons even for the operator and just keeps ringing.unusual for the location its located it

This store was referred by contractor. The customer service center is found on your immediate left corner as you enter the store. Pickup is located to the immediate right. I did not use pickup service. Store had adequate bright lighting and clean isles. I was able to find products after asking for help. Grilling products are readily available near entrance. Wait times are short.
