This place has always been so easy and pleasant to work with. Of course the are required to "up sell" additional services, but it's NEVER pushy or obnoxious. I've brought my car here since I purchased it in 2012.

Howard B.saved my trip home. I blew out a tire as soon as I got on the road for my 4.5 hour trip. Tropical Storm Nate was going to impact my drive. The technicians were already working on cars and it was going to be an hour and a half before they could get to my car. So Howard went out there and changed the tire himself to get me on the road immediately. I was out in 20 mins and was able to miss the rain and strong winds. Very professional team all around. Donovan and Gerald were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I purchased tires. Donovan and his team were prompt in helping me get my car back together when I had two flat tires. I've been going to this establishment for about 2 years now and I've been pleased with the service each visit.

Donovan went above and beyond to fix the issue with my Toyota Avalon. Definitely someone I trust to do the right thing for the customer!

We took our Volkswagen Beetle in because the engine light was on and the emissions test deadline was nearing. The catalytic converter required replacing—-or so we thought. Donovan and Fitz at the service desk were surprised when we returned because the engine light came back on. Historically, a customer would get the runaround about driving the car a couple of miles until the light goes off, but the staff faced this challenge head on and found a solution. Knowing the emissions deadline was approaching, Donovan even took the vehicle for the emissions inspection and it passed! Great job all around by Donovan and Fitz along with the excellent staff that was truly appreciated.

Mr. Fitzgerald gave me Excellent service 2 weeks ago I had my Jeep in for tune up and brakes! I was showed detail of the work being done. I will definitely bring this and my other cars here to NTB Buford. I will also refer other co-worker s for service.

Took my wife's Hyundai Sonata in for an oil change and program wheel alignment. The work was done within about 30 min while we waited. Very pleased.

The guys at the Buford Hwy 20 NTB were absolutely fabulous at quickly patching our tire that we punctured running over construction debris on 20. They even gave us a quick lesson on how to release our spare tire when we told them that we couldn’t figure it out. Great service!

Absolutely amazing service especially the manager Donovan Myers! He went above and beyond to help my family out of a sticky situation! He and his employee waited after hours for me to come from the mountains so I didn't have to worry about trying to tow a trailer on a bad tire the next dayto get home safely! Wish we could take him with us back to florida because he was amazingly helpful!

The NTB in Athens mounted two or my four tires backwards. The Buford NTB hooked me up, not making me drive back to Athens. Thanks guys.
